Extremely helpful and courteous team, demonstrating a very professional approach to the property transaction process.

Working with Greenslade Taylor Hunt has been a refreshing experience. In a turbulent market, where it can sometimes feel like everything is being presented through an overly optimistic lens, their honesty and openness really stood out.

They kept us consistently updated, communicated clearly, and took the time to explain what was happening at each stage. That level of transparency helped us stay grounded and make informed decisions.

The team also navigated negotiations with real skill, balancing realism with determination, and ultimately helping us achieve a sale very close to our asking price.

Perhaps most importantly, every member of the team we interacted with was warm, friendly and easy to engage with. It made the whole process feel far more human and supportive than transactional.

GTH helped us secure our forever family home, guiding us through every step of the process. Their communication was excellent throughout, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

Overall a professional experience from all involved in the GTH Tiverton office on selling in a difficult market.

It seems if you're buying or selling a property they're lovely people but if you're renting with them, you are just trash. From the get go, they have been awful and foul towards me. Morning of signing a lease, we had a lovely (and recorded) phone call from lynne stating how she didn't want us to have the property and she wanted to put it on the market for more but we HAD to thank the landlord because she wanted us to have it. Now that same afternoon when we went in to sign everything, she decided to sit their and mock us asking if we could even afford it. I offered to show her that we had the money. Now down the line during inspection we had Beth who REFUSED to acknowledge me when I spoke or whenever I pointed out any issues with the house. She would only address or email my partner, I did confront her about this and questioned whether they actually put me on the tenancy agreement. Every issue I pointed out I was met me "I'll get a professional to look at it" obviously that never happened.
When she left we had Amy who seems to be the manager, she wasn't happy that the place was lived in and the garden was a bit messy (we have a 4 year old). Reported the broken shower since April 2025 and nothing was ever passed on to the maintenance team (they said that themselves and nothing passed on since Dec 2024) we were told yes the can be fixed, ONLY to get a call 2 days later saying we're being kicked out (funnily enough I work with the landlords friends, she knew nothing of this or issues with the house either). When we left the property, we repainted everything, paid for a professional end of tenancy cleaner but Amy said this wasnt good enough and wanted the full £923 deposit back. I caught her out on scamming me for cleaning, cause let's face it £686 for cleaning, laughable. Then claims she wants £250+ for redecorating but has only requested £114 through the deposit scheme people. Then further said in an email that £923 wont cover anything and that she wants MORE money which they cannot claim over 5 weeks rent unless she goes through small claims court. Basically being scammed out of £923 as well as them having extra months rent of us despite us not being in the property and haven't been for nearly 2 months. It seems others have the same issue with being scammed out their deposit money. All in all, 0* and I'd avoid renting with them. You rent, you're just scum.

A great to deal with, proactive team, who kept us up-to-date with progress

This was a tricky property purchase ,as we were the end of a long chain , with a first time buyer , a complicated joint purchase , and a probate property. Lauren kept us updated , passed details to our Agent and Solicitors , she is a friendly ,efficient professional with the communications skills needed (but rarely seen ) in conveyancing . Would highly recommend!

Maisie has been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We are still in the process of moving and have just had our offer accepted. Hopefully, the next part of the process will run smoothly.

Will was great through the entire process involved with selling our property. He was responsive, polite and also helped with liaising with others to help complete the chain.

The staff have been brilliant. We have very strict criteria and they were very proactive in their support and went out of their way, on several occasions, to provide us with information and answers to our questions. A very professional outfit and lovely staff.

We met Ollie at property & even tho he was not familiar with it as GTH had squeezed an appointment in for us. He was generally very knowledgeable & extremely competent made us feel at ease answered all our queries as best he could. I put in an offer there & then. A great experience with the team at the Wells branch of GTH. I feel it necessary to highlight how helpful they were throughout the process (from valuation, to market, and viewing to sale). In particular, Chris and Diane were fantastic to deal with.

Both of them were extremely professional from start to finish, while also bringing a really friendly approach that made everything feel much less stressful. Their good sense of humour made conversations enjoyable, and it was clear they genuinely cared about helping things run smoothly.

Communication so far has been excellent. Calls and email updates were regular and any questions were responded to quickly. I always knew what was happening next and for me that made a big difference, feeling like I didn’t have to chase continually.
