The agency comes highly recommended. Communication was very professional and reliable from the outset. We visited China twice for our hotel project in Italy, were welcomed on site, well looked after throughout our stay, and visited many production facilities to get an idea of the quality and conditions on the ground. Ultimately, the production went well and we are very satisfied with our order. We also received excellent support with the logistics. Highly recommended.

I really cannot rate this company more highly! The sourcing guide Luke was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable! He spoke perfect English and researched exactly what I wanted (even though I only contacted him the day before the tour) I was wanting to source quite a few different things for both our hotels in Australia and also for our home renovation in Australia. We visited 8 amazing showrooms, each one better than the last and that exactly met my needs. The product quality was all so amazing and could be customized to exactly my specifications. Luke was also very respectful and helpful and easy to be around (very important when you are in the car together all day)
Thank you SO much for all your help- I really feel because of this tour I will have saved our business tens of thousands of dollars.
