Good price, rapid delivery

I purchased a vape from here and it became faulty and stopped working after 2 months. As stated on the eBay page you are advised to contact them to resolve the issue. I have contacted a few times and expected a either a refund or a replacement. I was told to contact the manufacturer, this is not the correct course of action. If I purchased a car from a dealership and it developed a fault I would take it back to where I brought it the dealership, not the manufacturer! I won't be buying here again.

Very quick delivery, perfect condition and a fab mod. A great smooth transaction I will definitely recommend this mod. It’s smaller than some of the other mods but just as powerful and the battery lasts quite a while. A great mod all round

Do not buy from this seller! Worst experience ever! The delivery was slow and I received a completly different item than what I've actually ordered. I tried contacting the seller, which obviously did not help in any way. They are here for profit, not customer satisfaction. Very disappointed, shame on you. I do encourage to browse all other shops before the Guardian Vape Shop.

First time order. Order was correct and adequately priced compared to others. Also delivery was within 48hours (that's what i paid postage).

Accepted order and then refunded me without any reason. Always been good in the past.

My experience has been poor , the item I ordered was not in stock so they offered alternatives but I just asked them that I would prefer a refund. They never really responded and I've had to email multiple times to ask what was going on & they said they're having IT issues and one thing after another ... I'm still waiting on that refund.

Didn't have the colour item in stock I ordered. Said they would send me a different colour. Over a week later I receive an email from royal mail to say they have received the item. Definitely not the dispatch day that I was told.

Ordered online. Voopoo list them as their only official distributor and after having issues with poor quality coils locally I've been ordering from Guardian knowing I'll receive genuine products. Items dispatched quickly too :)
