I think people are better off buying items in the store. I had a bad experience with online ordering. It seems they don’t have a problem taking your payment, but if you have to make a return like I did, it becomes a big drawn out process to get your money refunded. Most places will get your refund back to you within 3 days. But with Guess, they say it takes 5-8 business days after they receive the returned item, then another 3-5 business days for them to issue your refund. Considering these are business days, you are talking three weeks. It seems like we are no longer a priority once we have a return. I’m posting this so this doesn’t happen to other people. Wouldn’t be a big deal except the shirts are $150 bucks, jeans at $100. I can’t go shopping until I get my money back for the clothes that didn’t fit. And I don’t think guess really gives a crap about customer convenience. There is no good reason why it should take that long for a debit card to be refunded. When I asked the representative on the phone why it takes almost a month to get refunded, her answer was that she can’t answer that question.

I bought an item from GUESS on October 30th and it came in the mail less than a week later. I was entirely satisfied with the quality of my purchase . I will totally buy from GUESS again.<3

DO NOT BE BLINDED BY THE BIG BRAND NAME "GUESS"! Ordered 3 items on GUESSJEANS.COM for a total price of 300€ on the 19th of May, got a shipping confirmation the next day. When checking the UPS I-Parcel tracking#, it states that the label for the parcel has been created but the parcel itself is still with the retailer. This is still the current status on the 14th of June, 26 days after the label was created!! Guess Jeans customer care has also ignored multiple inquires by mail, over a week has passed and i haven't received a single reply. NEVER BUYING AT GUESS AGAIN, these are shady practices at best. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN OFF WITH IT!
