I informed them that my product was faulty immediately on receipt, sent details and images. Only offered an insulting $4 refund, which to date I have never received.

Purchase in Jan, now March 7th still no items, keep telling me they are in the mail and will not refund my money.

Everything seems to run smoothly and you get an email with a link to tracking info.
The parcel gets parcel number from USPS and get updates to follow your package. Cleveland, Charlotte, customs, inspection, flight, arrival Denmark, customs, local carrier. Then NOTHING.
The thing is that tracking-hub.com is a FAKE site! USPS has never seen the package. It's beeing used to stall custumors to a point where they give up.
I contacted Guideeffect and demanded a refund. In less than a minute they responded with a new tracking number, now sent a few days earlier from China???
I will report this to Meta and PayPal and hopefully get this scammer company stopped ASAP!!!
