I interviewed for a position in…

I interviewed for a position in Deerfield and the director told me I would be a great fit. I have twenty years teaching experience and a clean backgrund check.
She then decided to ghost me and finally after I confronted her she called me and told me that five years ago I interviewed with the other manager.
I never interviewed with anyone due to the fact that they had to close Kildeer and Vernon Hills teachers who were mistreating children .
I decided to give it a try and now I see why they have such a bad reputation.

While we’re unable to comment on specific details of individual applications in a public forum, hiring decisions are made based on a range of factors, including prior interactions and overall fit for the role and school community.
