I ordered Turbox tax from these people and the code did not work and no one responding to my complaint, just took my money with no response. Why have a live chat or text message support and npo one to respond top concerns

Absolutely amazing. We got the turbo tax business. Efile worked perfectly, if for some reason it fails is because you have an error in your filing and need to go back and fix it (I seen a review here where someone was complaining). I will buy it from here every year from now. I can’t believe we paid double or triple the price even on Amazon. Once I paid the download file started from intuit directly. The code was generated 30 seconds later and the product was activated. From there is just regular TurboTax stuff. I added California and all worked perfectly. Buy with confidence.

I bought Turbotax from Guiff and ran into an error message when attempting to buy an e-file for my state forms. Turbotax told me Guiff is not an authorized retailer. Guiff told me they only "work with" authorized retailers. Nobody cares that the product did not work for me as advertised. Now I am wondering why a TOY SHOP is even selling tax software.

I have used Turbo-Tax for the last several years. I have purchased each year from several different vendors. guifff.com was very easy to use. They sent me several different emails to guide me through the process. I didn't need all but a couple of them as their explanation was easy to follow. I recommend this company without reservation based on my experience this year and in comparison to the past few years with other Turbo Tax vendors.

My purchase of TurboTax 2024 Premium was fulfilled faster than I expected, at the advertised price, and the installation/activation was perfect. I highly recommend this company and will order from them again in the future.

Great price great service no issues, installation was easy adding the product key was easy and did I mention a great price it was actually cheaper than anywhere else I found for TurboTax, Home and Business.

Received price as advertised, good service and is highly recommended. Also TurboTax 2024 was installed flawlessly and was verified with no issues. Definitely will return for this software as well as other products too.
