Avoid Guildstars. Paid for a service that doesn't exist.
I signed up for the Guildstars Launchpad program expecting structured coaching and support. What I got was a login and a dashboard, with zero onboarding on how actually to use it: no explanation, no walkthrough, nothing.

The plan promises support, but there's no real channel for it. When I emailed with questions, I got no response. I've sent over 10 emails since signing up. Every single one has gone unanswered, or I get a generic auto-reply saying "someone will get back to you," which never happens.

I requested a refund. Same story: "our team will reach out to you." Nobody did. That was weeks ago.

At this point, I've paid for access to a dashboard I don't know how to use, with a support team that doesn't respond, and no path to get my money back. If you're considering this program, don't. You're paying for a promise, not a service.

This company is not officially registered with the Department of Commerce, Minnesota. They refuse to honor their own 7-day refund policy. I cancelled within the first week, and after initially refusing my refund, I was passed around to 6 different AI customer service representatives with no resolution. I still am not refunded to this date.

WARNING TO JOB SEEKERS – PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PAYING

My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing.

After making payment and enrolling in the program, I repeatedly requested updates regarding my campaign, profile status, employer outreach activities, and the headhunter support that was advertised. Despite multiple emails, I received little to no meaningful information about what work was actually being carried out on my behalf.

A representative named Amanda Hall was initially my point of contact and regularly responded to my questions. I was informed that I would receive campaign updates by Monday. However, no updates were provided, and the option to communicate with Amanda was later removed without any explanation.

To date, I have not received:

• Clear evidence of applications submitted on my behalf.
• Detailed reports of campaign activities.
• Proof of employer outreach or headhunter engagement.
• Transparent updates showing measurable progress.
• A satisfactory explanation regarding the sudden removal of my original point of contact.

As a paying customer, I expected transparency, communication, accountability, and evidence that the promised services were being delivered. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

I have formally requested a full refund and am still waiting for a comprehensive response.

My advice to anyone considering this service: do not make any payment until you have thoroughly verified exactly what support you will receive, how progress will be reported, and how you can independently verify that the promised services are actually being delivered.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Well I have documents to prove my point that they are scammers and people shouldn't even an iota of what they claim they can do for you.

It's been 3 days and no one has replied to my mails and when I did my due diligence i came to know about that they don't exist.

And anyone before you try to defend yourself I have messages from your AI avatars as to whenever I asked for a refund what replies I got.

I know they will reply to my message as well. But as they say that you can't defend the indefensible.

But would love to hear from there AI avatars coming up with a reply for sure.
