Although there were a few things about my experience with Gulf Prime Publications that could have been improved, communication was good, and I was well guided throughout the publishing process.
As a new writer, I liked their clear instructions on how to submit my work. I am happy with the work done by the agency beacause they gave clear requirements and edited my paper well. Their journal matching could have been more accurate to my field, however.
