I’m new to automated trading so there was a slight learning curve getting everything set up, but whenever I needed guidance Uri in customer support always helped and it never felt like a bother. I appreciated that.

The censorship is STRRRONG with yew

I posted a truthful negative review around last year, and it just got flagged and taken down for being "defamatory" when it's all truth

It makes no sense to buy an expensive bot, only for it to not make insane profits in a short time. The bot is not a crystal ball

A lot of people who simp hard for Gunbot, is because they have a huge balance/account, where they can DCA safely and aggressively, therefore winning everytime; and act like Gunbot is flawless. When it's not

Gunthar in truth isn't really helpful, but only to a select people. Like literally some people DM Gunthar for help, and he ignores them

If you do decide to buy Gunbot, don't go blowing 1-2K USD for Market Maker and Bitrage. There's nothing magical about those addons. The fact that they allow their resellers to this practice, is a huge red flag.

It's like scamming a person, buying a bed frame, giving them a defective premium mattress

If we're going to be paying hundreds (or thousands?), then the bot should work like magic

Refunds are not allowed with Gunbot, but only if Pim is your reseller. There's a lot of old ex-gunbot users that wished Pim was the main reseller years ago, and offered the option to try monthly or allow refunds

All the people who have negative experiences with Gunbot are not vocal enough. The Telegram "Gunbot Elite channel" is not open to the public, except for those who've bought a license. This allows for endless gaslighting to unsatisfied users

Everything that Gunbot does, I can do with Hummingbot for free

Honestly I don't like some of the resellers, they're just eager to white collar scam you with GUNTHY tokens by selling you useless addons; by baiting you passively, without even asking you. If PIM were more honest about these malpractices and just advertise StepGrid, as he usually does ,I wouldn't be so cynical of the whole community

Just know there are lots of angry users out there, but they just moved on and never left a negative review, considering how niche crypto bots can be. Eventually someone else is going to get angry enough and be vocal about it somewhere

And lots more who avoided wasting money with Gunbot. because they knew better, and are veteran traders

I paid extra money for Pro license in order to use backtest. But it turns out that the backtest function is very buggy. It is almost a scum porject.

Gunbot is excellent! The support and the community behind it are great too. The built-in strategies are very good and it's highly customizable/extensible. I also really appreciate the privacy/security first approach they take unlike all the other hosted options out there. Plus, their licensing model is amazing. The perpetual license in a no brainer and will pay for itself in no time. I highly recommend Gunbot for anyone trading crypto.

Very fast and helpful responses to purchases and support requests!

I love the fact that updates and support or free for lifetime after purchase.

Product looks promising but there are some issues. Setup was fairly easy with supporting documentation. I connected to my exchange and was able to run the bot. I upgraded to the Pro version to get backtesting capabilities, but I have had no success getting it to work. Email support is responsive within a day, however, they have not been able to get backtesting working. Pro has chat support and when I asked about using that, I was instructed to join the Telegram group. So far no response there to my query. I sense that the team genuinely wants to help, but it is frustrating that the instructions online and those sent by email are not working. It’s been almost two weeks now and after many hours I still don’t have backtesting working.

I'm really enjoying using Gunbot. I see that his learning curve is a little long but I'm dedicating myself to learning more. I have been facing some problems and the support department has helped me a lot. I consider Gunbot to be very robust and consistent software!
