HuntGuard Rangemore 5 Gun Cabinet

Although my first choice of cabinet was out of stock, I was offered the HunGuard Rangemore 5 Gun Cabinet as an alternative.

The team at GunCabinet Online went above and beyond to ensure my cabinet was delivered as requested. They kept me informed of progress at every stage from when the cabinet was ordered until it was delivered.

The cabinet more than meets my needs, although I think it would be a very tight squeeze to place 5 guns inside. I didn't like the look of the cheap bolts supplied (by the cabinet manufacturer) to secure it to the wall, so I used Rawlplug® anchor bolts instead.

I would recommend purchasing a gun cabinet from GunCabinet Online.

Delivery was delayed. Safe arrived damaged and unfit for purpose. Locking mechanism didn't work correctly. I received no response after 4-5 emails so I had an local engineer strip and fix the loose internal connections to the bolts as I had an police inspection due. I had paid £630 so I wouldn't recommend buying from here.

I ordered a Lokaway cabinet from Guncabinetsonline on the Sunday. Order confirmed on the Monday with delivery arranged for the Thursday. When it came there was some obvious damage and on closer inspection some we found some more damage. This was the fault of the delivery Co. It had obviously been dropped or had something fall on it. I contacted James who sorted it out without any fuss, and a new one was delivered the following Tuesday. Really good service, and the best price for the cabinet aswell.

Really nice cabinet. Had an issue with the delivery company, but James got it sorted quickly, so overall great service.

Delivered as advised. Heavy unit, well built for the purpose its intended. I would say however if you are considering a 10 gun cabinet you may want to have the 14 gun as there is more room if you have the physical space to install it.Really well made.

Ordered a cabinet as a birthday present for my partner and it arrived on time.

I ordered a gun cabinet listed as in stock, and received a generic "your order is being processed", with standard 5-7 day kerbside delivery.

In the subsequent week I thought it was strange that I had received no dispatch update, so on day 5 I sent an email asking for an update.

Now running late, and on DAY 8, I finally received an update saying that my requested cabinet is not in stock, and I can either wait for it to come into stock in a few weeks time, or request a refund - and I went for the latter.

Why this was ever listed as in stock on the website, and why it took them 8 days (beyond the last day of delivery estimate) to even notify me that it was out of stock, is beyond me.

I received the refund email, but also had to chase them up to actually process the refund back on to my card - bizarrely they also only accept phone calls Tuesday - Thursday.

Unfortunately my experience seems to be a common one - this company appears so poorly organised that they routinely accept orders for products out of stock and fail to communicate properly. Luckily a competitor of theirs sorted me out with a next day delivery of a similar safe, if only I was sensible enough to research Gun Cabinets Online before ordering.

I purchased a gun cabinet from their website and after a week of hearing nothing I got a call from a member of staff saying the cabinet I wanted was out of stock but they have an alternative one they could offer me.i accepted the alternative and was told it would be dispatched straightway! A week and a half later nothing,I'm thinking of now contacting the ombudsman to get a refund.left lots of messages and been told someone will call me but nothing.these lot are a right shower, BEWARE!

I ordered a GDK Medium Key Access Ammunition Cabinet, paid £20.00 extra for express delivery and have confirmation of the order dated 15th July 2024 (order ~XX90). Still waiting. Have rung the 01926 520035 number and been told by reception someone will get back to me. Still waiting. No reply to my email. Reported to Klarna.com but no reply. Then yesterday 19th August received a text to say Parcel would be delivered from GDK that afternoon. Duly arrived - just what I wanted. Contacted by James at guncabinetsonline on 16th Sept and reached agreement in respect of reduction in invoice. No doubt lessons will be learnt.

A flawless experience from start to finish. Having read other reviews I contacted the supplier directly and was provided with friendly advice and clear terms of business. Our cabinet arrived as agreed ahead of time and we have recommended this service to others. Keep up the good work! MGL.

After ordering a LOKAWAY safe, I was subsequently informed that it was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked for at least two months.
An alternative safe (Boston Security) was offered at a discounted price which I was assured would meet my needs; however, not only did the alternative not fit my needs (no manual override to the digital lock), the digital lock was damaged with lose wires dangling from the battery compartment, which itself had a broken closure mechanism. As it stands at the time of writing this review, I have been unable to unlock the safe so as to fit it and GunCabinetsOnline are neither answering the phone or returning messages. Such a shame the purchase experience hasn't matched professional appearance of their website.

I ordered a safe that was discontinued but not removed from the website. The team was initially really helpful, they called me to inform me of the error and that the safe would not be getting dispatched and tried to help me find an alternative. They went away to a supplier to get me a quote for a larger safe + instillation and told me they would refund my initial order of over £1,000 as this was not available. 3 weeks have since passed and I have received no refund, no safe and no replies to multiple emails and phone calls. I'm now having to back-charge via my card to recover the money.
