As a regular customer of Gundamit since 2024 and as an avid model kit builder and collector I can't recommend this vendor enough. Over the recent months I have made about fifteen purchases including both in-stock and pre-order products, and have always been satisfied. Gundamit packs the products in such a solid manner that they are essentionally armor-clad, thus they always arrive in stellar condition. In case of any problems or questions, the support is always kind and eager to respond in a timely manner. It's a great site for all model kit/action figure fans. Check them out :)

The worst customer service in the world! I wanted to buy a Transformers toy as a birthday gift for my nephew. I sent them several emails, but never received any reply. Even after checking my email 3 days later, I still couldn't get a response. Is anyone even replying to emails?

Since I couldn't get a reply, I switched to another store and bought the toy I wanted. It arrived very quickly, looked exactly the same as the one on their website, and was even cheaper. Their email replies were also very fast!

I have been shopping from Gundamit/ShowZ.Store for YEARS and I've had nothing but pleasant experiences. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are always helpful and professional with my requests. The after-sales service is also top-tier as the people will do anything in their power to help resolve any issues. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough and I will certainly continue to be their customer for the foreseeable future.

Pre-ordered a model kit from Gundamit. The process was simple. It was shipped quickly but got held at customs. The support has been very responsive and worked with the transporter to unblock the situation. Unfortunately, with the Christmas period and some changes in the customs process, the package has been reshipped to China. They reshipped it and it arrived in France 2 weeks later without problem.

I really appreciated the support sharing updates and being responsive.

The package was really well protected. With corner protection. And the item was in good condition.

Maybe I didn't have the best experience, but they put a lot of effort into managing it and sending me my item.

I wanted to share my positive feedback regarding my first orders received from GunDamit this year. After several months of pre-ordering, everything arrived: the condition of the items, the packaging, the perfectly protected parcels, the speed of delivery, and even the absence of additional customs fees—all of which were excellent. The website is very well designed and easy to navigate despite the large number of items offered. I'm happy to leave a completely positive review here. Many pre-orders from other enthusiasts are already pending! ^^

Reviews here must be fake. Ordered 6 Models.
At this point they cancelled the shipping of 2 of the models because they couldn't ship them or didn't have them in stock. I was also notified by them that some of the prices are a product of a system error.
One of the Orders hasn't been touched yet after more than a week.

I ordered a lot of Models over the past few weeks. Mostly from aliexpress. They were a bit mor expensive at that site but at least they got shipped.

I've been a customer for 1 year, and I can definitely say I'm impressed by their professionalism. I've bought a lot from them and never had any issues on their side; the only problem I had was when my country's customs lost my parcel. I talked to the staff, and they refunded me without a problem.
They are serious and kind, I couldn't ask for more. I definitely recommend them.

I have been using Gundamit/Showz for over five years (maybe longer) and their services are exceptional! If there are any issues you can rest assure that their team will make it right!

Gundamit is a company I have now ordered three times from (Robox Bailu Air Custom, In Era+ Aurora, Infinite Dimension Nemesis) with the only complication across the three orders being with the most recent; the package getting lost after landing in Australia (by no fault of their own); despite this, support was incredible and understanding, offering a full refund or replacement after investigation, to which I opted to pay for an upgrade to air shipping instead of the previous sea, as it was a gift for a friend. All arrived undamaged, well packaged and quickly.

TLDR: Quick, consistent and to the point, prices are usually competitive and the support team is brilliant (particular shout out to Kelsi for handling the complication phenomenally and answering my endless questions!).

Great page for buying gundam/model kits/figures..., awesome support and well packed shippings. Definetly a must try for anyone who is passionate about this hobby. In my case bought 4 large model kits and received them without any issues.

I have now been ordering from them for a little over a year. And what I can say is that, in addition to having attractive prices, their customer service is excellent. Whether it was for a part that I received damaged, which was replaced without any problem, or for an issue with a package held up in customs, their service has always been attentive and offered solutions.
Their packaging generally protects the products very well.
A little extra: if you are a heavy consumer of kits like Gunpla, don't hesitate to become a premium member; loyalty points can be quickly converted into credit, very quickly.

Honestly the customer service was really kind! They actually help you when you mess something up on your end. I didn't read a certain part for a order and they fixed the issue easily! Highly recommend.

Rating 15 out of 10 haha. To me, this store especially stands out for its exceptional customer service, which I've never experienced in my six years of collecting. Their staff, particularly Kelsi and Skyler, are consistently well-informed and supportive. Not only did they go above and beyond to secure a unit for me when I missed out on a figure but really wanted it due to a bonus accessory, they also kept me personally informed throughout the process :) Also, I had an issue with one of my preorders and requested a deposit refund after explaining my problem, they agreed without hesitation. No other questions asked! :) Their dedication to customer satisfaction has earned them a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend Gundamit for all HT, IA and even 3P figures.

I've been ordering from GUNDAMIT.com for a while and they are excellent! Great site for unique, third-party items! They pack items EXTREMELY well with plastic corner protection. I have NEVER had an issue and their customer service is great too. Great items with competitive prices and reasonable deposits as well.

My only complaint is sometimes the shipping company tracking isn't accurate, but GUNDAMIT customer service has always helped out and assisted with any issues - so that is NOT a reflection on GUNDAMIT. Thanks so much and I will continue to be a customer!
