Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear our granola wasn’t quite to your taste.

We deliberately bake our granola into larger clusters, as many of our customers enjoy breaking them into their preferred size at home. It also helps preserve the crunch during transit. That said, we completely understand that some people prefer a finer granola, and we really appreciate your comments regarding both the cluster size and nuttier texture.

Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve, so thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

i had to smile at the part about snacking on it straight from the bag because you’re definitely not the first person to tell me that! i’m so glad you’re enjoying the crunchy clusters and the dark choc flavour, although i’m very happy to hear the og is a close second too.
