Als je iets wilt opzeggen doe dat dan niet hier. Als je wat opzegt krijg je ineens een rekening van 42,00. Opzeggen hoord gratis te zijn. Als je probeert iets naar een email te sturen word hun mail niet gevonden. En als je ni betaald krijg je mailtjes met een ijs dat je moet betalen. PAS OP!

Esperienza pessima. Mi sono iscritto pagando 0,99€, senza che fosse chiaramente indicato che questo avrebbe attivato un abbonamento automatico da 49,99€ AL MESE. Una cifra assolutamente sproporzionata rispetto al servizio offerto.

Il meccanismo è chiaramente ingannevole: prezzo iniziale bassissimo per attirare l’utente e poi addebiti mensili elevati, nascosti nelle condizioni. Questo modo di operare è poco serio e fa perdere completamente fiducia.

Servizio clienti lento e poco chiaro, sembra fatto apposta per scoraggiare chi chiede l’annullamento o il rimborso.

Sconsiglio fortemente Guru a chiunque. Controllate attentamente il vostro conto se vi siete iscritti, perché rischiate di pagare senza accorgervene. 👎

I received a duplicate charge. I reported the issue through their help message board and received a reply stating, “Thank you for contacting support!” along with a case number which was blank. After several days without any follow-up, I tried again, but since no case number was ever assigned, I suspect my messages are not being processed. When I attempted to call, I was placed on a short musical loop for more than 20 minutes before I finally hung up.

Ich habe die Seite PDFguru genutzt, um persische Dokumente zu digitalisieren. Das Ergebnis war schlecht. Mir wurde ein siebentägiges Probeabo angeboten, das ich sofort gekündigt habe. Trotzdem wurden mir zwei Monate lang jeweils 49,99 € vom Konto abgebucht. Als ich den Support endlich erreicht habe, hieß es, eine Rückerstattung sei ausgeschlossen. Stattdessen bot man mir zwei Jahre Zugang zur Plattform ohne weitere Zahlungen an. Für mich wirkt das wie ein Zwangsabo und eine klare Betrugsmasche.

Ich habe vor einer Woche für 0,99 eine einmalig Nutzung für den Converter über Paypal bezahlt so wie vor 2 Monaten auch. Nur diesmal habe ich plötzlich ein Abo über 49.99 keine Rechnung es war nicht erkennbar das ist zumindest fragwürdig wenn nicht... ich habe umgehend Einspruch erhoben sowohl bei Guru als auch bei Paypal und nichts passiert. Niemals mehr Guru
