Great service, great product and affordable price.

Awesome! The service was fast and delivery spot on. I missed to renew my PMP certification and it got expired. By chance I came across this crazy guys through google search who promised to reinstate my certification or they will refund my money. What do I have to lose. But boy they hit the ground running and within one week my PMP certification was restored without having to reapply and write the exam again. I highly recomend these guys they really know their stuff.

The training material is crystal clear and the platform easy to use. Moreover, the possibility to accelerate or slow-down the video is a useful feature and the cost is very low
Areas to improve: 1) the high level description in my case was not fully aligned with the content, I recommend to ask the detailed program before subscribing. Also, the weekly live classes do not exist and to have a live Q&A session I had to insist 2) the customer support looks not well organized: I have opened some tickets as I had different small problems, they decided to keep only one opened "to avoid confusion" and as expected they have lost control of the issues. At the end they gave me a specific contact name, but it took a while to tune.
