Iv not had my gutters cleaned out before, so it was pot luck on picking a company.
The gutter clean company seemed to have good reviews so i went with them.

From the quote on line, booked online, phone call to confirm appointment took no longer than a couple of hours, very efficient, good company to deal with.

They had to change the time due to problems on a previous job but kept me well informed throughout. Guys turned up and were very personable. They cracked on with the job and did a great job on what was a VERY overgrown gutter. Couldn't fault them.

'Okay I understand that but I don't really think £8 is a reasonable discount for a wasted morning'
'Are you able to offer a better discount?'

** the offer to make it right was more expensive than the original quote! When asked if they could provide a better offer they stopped replying.

I had a booking for Sunday morning between 9-11 confirmed via email and text but nobody arrived. I didn't receive any communication that the operative was unable to attend. I wasted a morning waiting and I've had no response to my follow up email. I would look elsewhere next time for gutter cleaning assistance.

Fantastic service - prompt, detailed and professional. Tristan was fantastic, went above and beyond with details about my gutters, showing me photos and offering solutions for dealing with any additional roofing/gutter issues. Tristan is a credit to the company.

Quick efficient hassle free and value for money service. Mark was prompt and made sure the guttering was not leaking at any of the joints and downpipes by replacing only the parts that needed replacing.
I was shown a before and after photos taken by Mark to verify that the guttering was clean and free of debris.
The gutters and soffits were washed down to an acceptable standard.

Good job done. As well as the lad Mason clearing clogged gutters from the ground by vacuum, Tristan also went up on ladder to check all three downpipes which made for a much better job than last year! One was choked with a ball of roots he got out, another needed pushing back together where join with gutter was loose. He was also very considerate and helpful seeing I was on crutches and not able to do much myself.

I have used The Gutter Clean Company for a several years. I have always been impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of the person who does the work on my property (Tristan Miller). He does a very good and thorough job and he does it quickly and without fuss, even though our conservatory box gutter presents a cleaning challenge! Very good value for money.

Arrived 0n time. Eddie was very professional talked me through what he was going to do. Cleared up after he had finished. Very careful when going through the utility room to get too the back of the house.

The chap that came out did a great job despite adverse weather. There was a breakdown in communication which was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
