The customer service is diabolical, promises not delivered and lead times far in excess of what is stated online.

I ordered the wrong parts, to avoid delay I made a second order of the correct parts. All arrived quickly. I returned the wrong parts, was informed there would be a re stocking fee, not ideal but understandable. Now not refunding anything despite receiving the parts and refusing to return calls or emails. Avoid this company!

Our builder friend ordered gutters from gutters online and they were delivered today. However the driver delivering the materials refused to take the items off of the lorry. My partner and I were away from work and were not aware that a delivery was coming. Our cleaner was in the house and it was down to her on her own that the gutters and accessories were taken off the lorry, not only that but it was then dragged 80m down our private road because the lorry was unable to get down to the house - after being explained to them that access was limited by our builder friend. THe delivery driver acted appalingly and think this should be noted here.

Terrible customer service. I had to return an item which they charged me a ridiculous sum for. After arranging a replacement part I had to continually chase for 2 weeks for the part to be collected by the courier. It’s been 6 weeks since my initial order and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve called numerous times and on every occasion I’m told it will be looked into and that they’l ring me back…. Which never happens. My calls are now being ignored. I’m writing this in the hope it knocks them into gear.

This is the second time I have used Gutters Online. I can’t fault the quality of our cast iron guttering or the service provided in anyway. Our roof pitch meant a slight adjustment of the bracket angle - this was never a problem and quickly resolved! Thanks Dave and the team.

Really difficult to return anything and courier to do so is massively over priced goods were returned and only half refunded and emails about it ignored

Arrived on time and all parts were perfect. Genuinely outstanding quality down to the gutter fastenings with cruciform washers.

This is the second order I have place with Guttersonline. Found very helpful with the delivery. The gutters themselves are great quality and the first order is still looking sharp a year later.

Great prices, swift delivery and no stock outs. Would have rated 5 stars, but they took over a month - until this review - to send me invoices for reclaim of VAT which my customer holds me responsible for. Dave Jones is a nice guy, delivered £3.5k worth of cast iron downpipe over six weeks; I recommend them. Great for product, price, stock and delivery.

We have used Guttersonline on a number of projects now and have always found the products and service to be 1st class.

I have recently placed two orders with Gutters Online. The prices are competitive, technical support very good, quick delivery and excellent after service. Will definitely use them again.

Great product, friendly staff, only problem is the delivery charge. I under ordered on a small component and had to go back to get a few extra. Delivery worked out at £18 (£15 plus VAT) for something that could have fitted in a small jiffy bag.Ouch!

After contacting several companies to request samples of their products Guttersonline sent excellent samples and not bits that were found kicking around like some of the other companies clearly decided to send.
Dave could not have been more helpful and when I eventually got round to placing my order Dave went out of his way to offer the best price he could and confirmed a convenient delivery date. The order arrived on the date agreed and every item was wrapped individually and all arrived in perfect condition.
Will definitely use again and can't rate them high enough.
