Terrible communication and everyone else’s fault when you complain, no apologies just rude. Ordered a part on line, chased for a response to be told would be there the following week. A month later didn’t arrive, then I received an email refunding the amount from PayPal, when I emailed them and asked why I haven’t been informed the order was cancelled I was told “they simply didn’t have the time” to let me know. Shortly afterwards I received an email from their accounts department saying that my original payment method wasn't valid and giving instructions of how to pay by BACS!! - There are a number of other parts companies out there so do a bit of homework before ordering from these guys.

Second time I have used this company without issue. This time an AD8 pop pin . The one they supplied looked slightly different but was very solidly made and is actually easier to use than the old one supplied with the bike. They even sent some free ankle and wrist weights, which my Wife actually wanted as well !

I ordered a replacement Rower Monitor. The replacement was £249.40, a lot of money for what it is. After 18 months, and very little use, the item failed. It just stopped working. I reported this to Gym Fit, and their reply is that the item has a 6 month warranty. Nothing more than that. Astonishing. Is that legal? No hint of disappointment. They have the money and have no concern as to whether the product they supply can last even 12 months.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I CALLED IN AND ASKED DID THEY HAVE A PART FOR MY LIFEFITNESS - THE PART IS £60 IN AMERICA 1 WEEK DELIVERY OR £265 FROM THIS COMPANY ... I SAID I NEED URGENT AND THEY TOLD ME ITS AVAILABLE AT WAREHOUSE FOR DISPATCH..

DO NOT BUY!! This company is a complete scam. Definitely regret not reading any reviews before purchasing. Came across the website on Facebook selling discounted Gymshark clothing. Proceeded to purchase and wasn’t until I received a confirmation email I realised something was off. A lot of spelling mistakes and sent from a personal email from China. Checked my bank account and the money had been deposited into a pay pal account from someone in Beijing. Within the 10 minutes of making the purchase and reading the reviews I quickly emailed them requesting a refund. As the other reviews explain they purposely don’t contact you back for a day or 2. They tried to tell me what they were selling was legit but I still requested a refund. No response... then the next day was sent an email saying my order had been sent out already. Absolute rubbish. I’m still trying to get refunded they should not be able to advertise real gym shark clothing and then send cheap fake knock offs which I’m sure will not even look like what they’re advertising as so many other people have explained. What a waste of $400. Save yourself the hassle and avoid like the plague!!

After a long running saga attempting to get a new schwin AD8 console from what I thought was Schwins only uk parts distributor, without success, I came across gym-fit.co.uk after a last desperate google . They were excellent dispatching the new console the same day and it arrived the next day - no fuss . They also answer the phone to me unlike the aforementioned schwin distributor and answer mails. Restored my faith in the uk domestic gym equipment industry. They’re definitely not in China either . If they are they do a bloody good impression of a north west England accent

Communication was abysmal. When I ordered the part I was told there was a 2 week delivery time. Over 4 weeks later I had to send an email enquiring when I will get the part. I was told that they emailed me a few days previously...which they did not...to say that it would be with them any day. I replied to that email and never got an answer. It was another 4.5 weeks before I got the part; so almost 9 weeks to receive a part that they told me would take 2 weeks. Given the times that we are experience I can understand why there might be delays but being able to provide reasonable and proactive communicate is completely within their control.

Those people complaining here about gymfit-uk.com are complaining on the wrong website. Think before you complain: is the web site correct? Legal action will be taken against individuals and trustpilot for libellous statements made about gym-fit.co.uk that should be made about gymfit-uk.com

READ THIS!!

We have recently done the exact same as everyone on here and received the fake rubbish on Tuesday. The bank couldn’t help as I paid through PayPal but argued the case with PayPal. I sent pictures to them and explained there not genuine and not as described on the website, 2 days later they have gone in my favour and refunded the full amount. These items are going in the bin!!! I hope this helps anyone who has used PayPal and worried not to get there money back, you can!

AVOID! Totally fake gymshark website. Clicked on it by accident and thought I had clicked the next linked down bu unfortunately this scam of a website loaded. Looked exactly like gymshark. Proceeded to buy 2 pairs or leggings. Once the confirmation email came through I realised it was a fake website. I emailed them straight away to ask for my money back but they said they’d sent the items out already. They could barely speak English. Items arrived and were laughable how fake they were, and not even similar to the ones I had ordered. Luckily I used PayPal and was able to get my money back!

Myself and my Partner purchased a new Star Trac NXT spin bike seat for our personal Spinner for a price of £30.
We used it for less than 4weeks and it’s split in several places, very poor quality for the price.
Contacted GymFit they said saddles are subject to wear and tear.
I’m sorry but I would expected a bike seat to last more than 4 weeks!

They told me I have to send it back recorded delivery At my expense for them to inspect it At a cost of £10!!
Apparently I should have read there terms and conditions.

I’ve sent them multiple detailed images of the damaged seat and I’m waiting for a reply.
I will change my review if they get back to me with a reasonable offer.

If this review is still here spend your money elsewhere.

Firstly they allowed a transaction to be made on an item that they did not have In stock. When I emailed several times to see when they would be back in stock, I received no reply. I eventually accepted a cheaper alternative but could not get a refund for the price difference of the item and received a very rude and unhelpful response when I telephoned.
Needless to say, I will not be using this company in the future

Polite and friendly service. Brought an indoor upright bike and now going to get a foldable treadmill.
Good advice and help from Reece and Kerri.
I would recommend for second hand fitness machines.

Bought four Life Fitness Treadmill Deck Tinnerman Clip Nuts from this company big mistake!

Cheap clip £1.18 took an hour of labor to fix! We received 3 clips the same and one slightly different. After fitting the deck, belt, rollers etc. the different clip would not take. What a waste of time had to go and get four more from another supplier.

Update: drive belt I bought caused vibrations at higher speeds, the OEM part number and machine model were identical to those advertised on the GymFit site. The belt is fractionally smaller (2-3mm) enough to create too much tension, causing the idler assembly to oscillate! Another hour wasted!
