I’ve made 2 orders from this company first item never came and was refunded as the item was out of stock, 5 weeks ago I ordered some Fairtex shin pads and herd nothing for 3 weeks so emailed them and was informed that they had been mishandled and were damaged and been sent back to the warehouse, I was resolved this issue after being contacted by them saying my item had been shipped and was sent a tracking number along with apologies with the issue

This company is truly awful. I have had two experiences with them and both have ended up with a refund. Both times I have ordered things that they do not have in stock. Most recently I ordered Feiyue shoes which after a week no sign of at all. I emailed and no response. Had to call up and chase after two weeks and 'oh sorry we are out of stock. Getting some new stock in November'. It's September. If you like a product and actually want to receive it then I suggest that you do not use this company.

Recieved parts missing and the customer service soon rectified it. Very recommendable company

A bit nervous at first but bit the bullet and bought an expensive treadmill. Delivery was fast and the service second to none. Will be going back to buy more equipment.

I ordered a 2kg medicine ball and waited over a week before making contact to check the delivery status (the confirmation I received had said 2-3 working days) The guy I spoke to said we’re sorry we have been meaning to let you know that we don’t stock that colour anymore but we have it in black. A little frustrated as I wondered when I would be contacted.. I replied as long as the ball is the same brand etc etc I don’t mind black. Yes was the confirmation- however a much different 2kg ball showed up and one that is much cheaper. Again I had to make contact and the process took a long time surprisingly to get money back on what I paid for the wrong ball. attitude was appalling - Never again will I use this company.

Great company to deal with. I had a few queries which they answered. I have no issues recommending them. Rest assured you're in safe hands!

Ordered a Komodo wall mounted pull up bar for £61. Delivery was meant to be 2-3 days and it's now the 3rd day. Order is still processing within klarna, luckily I didn't use my money. Have sent various email but had no response. Phone number is permenently unreachable with no dial tone.

Scam, stay away. Probably drop ship cheap tat from China that takes 6 weeks to deliver.

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago. I had no information re delivery timescale and so messaged them from their email.
Have recently had a call to apologise for delay and have resolved the matter for me now.

I received a treadmill that I ordered online 28/3/22. There was a fault with the treadmill but gymrat were exceptional and got me a replacement very quickly. Aiden was my contact at gymrat. He was professional, courteous, empathetic and above all super efficient! My treadmill is of great quality and of course great value. Would highly recommend gymrat and would definitely recommend their products. Money well spent.

Completely new to all this. So was sceptical but I really wanted these specific items as Henry Cavill recommended them to help with weight loss. Looking at the companies review I thought I'd have to wait a while for my order, wrong! Came in 2 days and we'll packaged. Thank you

Ordered a stationary bike said will be delivered in 2-3 working days...its over 2 WEEKS later and still not received my order. Tried to ring customer services but phone line not working. Emailed them got a call back and told me they would look into it, never heard back so emailed again and got a call back saying they've spoken to warehouse and its been dispatched today and will send me tracking within an hour...its been over 4 hours and still nothing. Will not be ordering from them again

First of all I was impatient with my order and emailed a couple of times then spat my dummy out so phoned in and spoke to a member of there team who was helpful let me know what id asked amd also phoned to inform me my parcel is on the way ... I have number of disabilities and ordered treadmill on advice of my consultant. I had some initial difficulties with the order but I spoke to Bez from GymRat. This is my first dealing with GymRat but I must say I was provided with exceptional service. I recommend GymRat to everyone as they really listen to the customers needs and care.
