I've been ordering from this company for a while and they never disappoint.

On the whole I have received great customer service, we had a hiccup on the last order which was quickly resolved. Highly recommended!

I don’t know what’s happened. I used to get great service and quality products. Ordered pre workout which arrived quickly but when it was opened, it was fully hard. I sent an email with a photo yesterday, no reply. Followed up again today, no reply.

Took money july 18th but received no item , BEWARE

Order #19171 has never arrived. Received a Royal Mail tracking number but it stills says they are ‘expecting it’ after a week so clearly it hasn’t been shipped. No reply from email. Item was a gift and it’s now no longer needed as too late but doubt I will get a refund! Will keep trying. Update-very poor communication from customer services however eventually they cancelled my order and have now received a full refund 12/8/24.

Ordered a prework out a week ago got 24h delivery they didn’t ship emailed them no reply scam!!!!!! Do not buy from this website

Ordered an item which has never arrived. No updates, no apology, none existent customer service, just ignored communication. Will be looking at getting a refund (if they ever both replying) and taking my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointing. Wish I’d looked at reviews before placing an order.

Placed order 2 weeks ago, nothing received and no reply to any emails. Scammers

Order #18927 Paid for next day delivery and week on not received the item. They have marked it as shipped and Royal mail have no trace of it. No customer service and judging by the rest of these reviews I'm not the only one. disappointing

Absolutely con artists I ordered TBJP iso Pro £70 plus,never received it then they said how sorry they were and they would send out again but didn't have the flavour so I said that's fine as long as I get it guess what that never arrived, so I cancelled it all completely, they said they refunded me but that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing in my bank,emailed them about it but no reply,just con artists END OF

I have ordered with this company for a long time and use CLEARPAY which is a great option to have. However the service is awful. I’ve had one email response from ZAHIR who stated he would value me as a customer and send some freebies. I ordered another big order and emailed them to state that I had and I got no response. It’s ashame because someone’s word is meant to mean something especially when it’s a customer. I choose Royal Mail 48 hours and it takes 5 days to be delivered. I wouldn’t mind but where I live compared to where they are based is less than an hour away.

Avoid at all costs only 1 item received still missing items no replys on emails or dms shocking!! Stay clear!!

Ordered a product 2 weeks ago after requesting for 2-4 day delivery and havent heard anything regarding delivery. The contact number on GymSupplements website doesnt work, and no reply on their contact email.

Been using Gym Supplements for a long time, great selection and great knowledgeable staff, always helpful. Thanks guys!

I believe this company is a Scam! Please don't waste your money.

I bought two products from them, 100% casein complex protein and EAA + Glutamine both from the brand Scitec.
I just received my delivery today and the protein is expired.
Both products seem to have been in quite a long time in their storage, considering the protein was produced on 18/05/2022 (the info is labelled on the product itself). And the EAA was made on 05/04/2023.
How can a company still leave these kinds of products in stock and even worse sell expired products?
I emailed them asking for a refund for the protein (because they sent an expired product) but haven't received any reply yet.
If you want a hassle-free purchase go somewhere else.

Amend: Even though I got a reply from the company I still have to leave my house and send this product back, an unnecessary hassle. And have got a rude reply on this review shaming me, the customer.

Not buying again from them and not recommending them! Really bad experience!

My coach recommended me some supplements and I found them on this site after a quick Google. I hadn't heard of them before so I was a little skeptical but everything went smoothly. Fast delivery, great service, even a handy QR code to rebuy when you run out.

Still no delivery and I paid for next day delivery. First and last time I will order

Full order doesn’t get sent out and when you email them they say ‘we will send it out today’. It’s been nearly 8 weeks and I’m still waiting. Never ordering from here again.
