I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS AND IM CONFUSED AS TO WHY PEOPLE ARE SAYING NEGATIVE THINGS.
MY FAVORITE IS SALTED CARAMEL CONE AND IT HAS GOT TO BE THE BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER EATEN.
FULL OF CHUNKS IN EVERY BITE AND FLAVOR AND TEXTURE IS AMAZING.
MAYBE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE PEOPLE WITH NO PALLET OR HAVE LOST THE SENCE OF TASTE.

Used to be amazing, creamy and rich. Now it tastes like cheap nasty ice cream with undertones of margarine.

Völlig aufgeblähtes Produkt. Schmeckt nicht, wenig Inhaltsstoffe wie Nüsse usw., dabei völlig überteuert. Da bringen die Hausmarken der Discounter besseres Eis auf den Markt. Es gibt aber ja genügend Konsumenten die es nur des Namens wegen kaufen, wie bei Jeans, Schuhen, Kosmetik usw. Hauptsache "Marke" und man kann es zeigen.

Maybe less sugar and semi skimmed now. Making things not taste so creamy and sweet.
Everything is bland and it's not cheap either .

They've clearly changed the ingredients in their ice cream. It's gone from rich and creamy to watery and bland! After buying for many years after the last batch not a chance will I ever buy it again. Using cheap ingredients loses customers.

I bought the Rum & Raisin, for the first time. I have been looking forward to trying it for ages. How very disappointing it was. There was no rum taste whatsoever. It was just plain ice cream, with a few raisins. I certainly will not be buying it again. Not for the price you pay.

Roughly 2.5 years ago, I started noticing a change in the praline and cream flavor. The nuts aren't sugar-coated, and the caramel content is minimal. The creamy signature taste is no longer present. It appears they've introduced a fat-free version. I'm truly missing the original flavor. I just made a purchase at the King of Prussia mall and I'm not happy with the taste. It's like a knock off version.

Häagen-Dazs used to have delicious ice creams but 2025's Strawberry Cheesecake and Tiramisu are a huge disappointment. The taste is bland and the cake pieces taste like sweetened cardboard.

Idéal pour un repas rapide ! Et en plus, est délicieux.

Une jeune fille m'a conseiller une glace dont cheesecake fraise super bon j'ai grave kiffé à m'a fais une offre un bac de 1L à 10€ franchement elle a bien rempli j'ai grave kiffé . Très belle équipe 😝☺️

Nous passés dans ce Hagen Das le 22 octobre 2025 vers 19h30. On a été très bien accueilli par les serveurs (un homme et une femme) . On a été très bien conseillé et on vraiment apprécié aimé les glaces et les crêpes. Ce fut une très belle expérience.

I've purchased this product for several years rum raisin raisins were always plump infused with rum wonderful flavor lately they are dried chewy no rum infused at all I'm so tired of companies compromising I will never buy this product ever again

Häagen-Dazs is my favorite ice cream I've been eating ever since I was a little girl. They have gone through a lot of changes by decreasing the size etc but not in decreasing the price. Nevertheless I purchased Swiss vanilla from Fry's. I can't find the receipt! I purchased when it's on sale and I have two deep freezers. I went to eat the ice cream on August 29th 2025 in the evening time and I was so disappointed the seal was broken. I attempted to contact Häagen-Dazs through their fake emails / phone numbers that doesn't work and got no response. All the phone numbers you can find online are no longer operable. As we all know good customer service ceased to exist long ago. I just purchased more ice cream at the Fry's five to be exact Sept 4th and had to open each one to make sure they all had a seal on it. That's absolutely crazy.

Acabei de sair do Haagen de Vilamoura, para mim era uma boa ideia tomar o classic temptation, mas não fui informada em nenhum momento que a fruta acabou!!
Só quando questionei o motivo tem pouquíssimo kiwi no fundo...
Nos sentimos lesada, comprei 4. Foi 35 euros, a expectativa foi grande.

Nem uma bola de chocolate que pedimos pra trocar em 3 foi feito. Ele colocou um pouco de cobertura.

Foi decepcionante, estávamos animados para curtir um ótimo gelado antes de voltar para Setúbal.

Terrible customer service, no response to a few quality complaints. Not buying from them anymore. Quality of products dropped too but prices increased. Very disappointing.

J’adore cette glace Häagen-Dazs ! Les saveurs sont intenses, la texture est onctueuse, et on sent vraiment la qualité. C’est toujours un plaisir d’en manger. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles juste parce qu’on aimerait toujours en avoir un peu plus pour le prix !

I tried Häagen-Dazs for the first time, just got the Salted Caramel flavour, and it was honestly one of the worst ice creams I’ve ever had. It tasted overwhelmingly sweet as if I was just eating a bowl of sugar. There was no balance of flavour, no richness, just a cloying, sickly sweetness that made it impossible to enjoy.

I expected a creamy, smooth ice cream with a hint of caramel and a touch of salt, but instead, it felt more like eating a spoonful of syrupy sugar paste. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. L

Wouldn’t recommend this brand at all.

Faire des économies au dépend de la qualité ça ne fonctionne pas
