The freeze dry chicken i bought had all the requirements for my Maine coon, and she loves them like you wouldn't believe. Just hearing me opening the packet drives her nuts...😆

It's very simple and I've said it before: Why on earth do I have to show my email for Click & Collect?
I have my Driver's License with a Photograph which proves who I am. I have the Card I used to pay for the order but, Nope .... that's not good enough. I have to have the email.
It makes me wonder how many 75 year olds are going to fake a drivers license to get a $50 box of dog biscuits????

Bought a 100x bulk pack of pig ears and thought I was giving my dog a healthy alternative for treats. After giving him 1 a day for the last 3 weeks I noticed something wriggling around inside one of the ears. It was a maggot. Searching through the remainder of the box I've found 100s of them scattered through out. YUCK!! I've since done my best to clean every single ear and repacked them and tossed away the really bad ones. I will not be buying anymore pig ears from this supplier what a terrible experience.

I've been buying my pup's Big Dog frozen food from Habitat, either going into the shops or getting it delivered when I run out of time to purchase them myself. The process is very easy and ensures my dog is on the best diet I can provide for him.

Products did not dispatch until follow up phone call. Even after phone call products took another 2 weeks to arrive.

Reliable online service with reasonable pricing and value. The deliveries are however a little slow with this company so you need to be a bit patient and not be in a hurry for product. I made allowance for it and ordered well before I needed the product thanks to advice from my wife who has used them before.

I was so pleased when the helpful staff in the Burwood store offered to carry a 10 kg box of biscuits to the car for me. Her assistance was much appreciated!
