Negative 5 stars if possible. My account was charged 49.00 without an order or order number connected to it. I’ve emailed back-and-forth with them several times each time they ask me for more information, but are doing nothing to refund my money. There is no phone number to call them unless somebody has found one.? I also said I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Fake product sent with damaged back applicator. Product ordered was Habster sk40. The product sent is JOYVIN made in China. I have emailed the concerns and have not heard back. Very disappointing - cannot trust anything anymore! I ordered on August 24, 2026, and received the fake product September 6, 2026.
Update: The company did answer by email. They claim the product labeled JOYVIN was sent because they do not have their new labels ready to go ??? , and they want pictures of the damaged applicator so they can send them to the "internal team" to review and decide what to do. If they want you to jump through hoops to get them to honor their products, it's a SCAM! I will most likely end up disputing the charge on my bank card.

The company website is full of false, misleading, or missing information.The product I received does not say Habsters but some other name that they say is their new formula. Nowhere on website does it say that. It's made in China.Also something they fail to disclose. The full ingredient list is not listed and their return policy fails to state that the returns are to be sent to China as the expense of the consumer. Nothing about this site is trustworthy. Beware.
