Highly Recommend HaeTek
I had a great experience using HaeTek. I shipped from South Korea to the UK. It's a door-to-door service so it was very convenient. They treated me with care and made me feel extremely safe with using their service. They gave clear directions, and responded to all of my questions in a polite and timely manner. They followed up with me through every step of the pickup and shipping process. All I needed to do was provide a list of everything contained, give an approximate size and weight of the package and mark it 'HaeTek'. It was left outside of my apartment and picked up the next day. When it arrived at their facility they verified my packing list and gave me a final price based off the size and weight. I made a bank transfer (easiest for me, but PayPal was also an option) and then they shipped it off, providing me with a tracking number. My box was prepped for shipping on 3/31 and arrived in the UK on 4/08. Excellent service and speedy shipping. I will definitely use this service again, phenomenal!

I sent my package from my house in korea to germany. The company picked up at my house which was very convenient. The package arrived very fast and safely to its destination. Very nice and friendly service

Great shipping company
Great shipping company, very service minded and they helped me with the whole process, which means all from ordering the product and they packed very well to avoid damage during shipping. Very smooth and easy payment options. I received my package within 14 days and my product arrived Europe without damage or extra fees. Would absolutely recommend this company.

Shipping from Korea to Hong Kong
So, I managed to snag this cool product from Korea that you just cant find here in Hong Kong. Normally, trying to buy stuff from Korean e-commerce sites that dont ship internationally is a total pain, but Haetek made it ridiculously easy. I literally just ordered it to their address, let them know, and boom! They even proactively re-packaged my super bulky parcel to cut down on shipping costs for me, and get this, with no extra handling fee. And seriously, it was lightning fast - I ordered it on Monday from Korea and had it in my doorstep in Hong Kong by Saturday! Their team always kept me in the loop with perfect english, which was a huge relief. Honestly, I’ve tried other dropshipping services in Korea, Haetek’s transparency, prices, speed, and just how simple the whole thing was, totally impressive. Strongly recommended!

Really great service
Really great service! 100% recommend.
After living in Seoul, South Korea for seven years I had to ship some boxes back to my hometown Sydney, Australia.
However being pregnant and living on top of the hill at Itaewon made it difficult to physically bring 15kg+ boxes down to the post office.
They were very clear, polite and fast with their services. I easily filled out their form and had them collect the box right outside my door the very next morning! They also kept me updated throughout the whole process (when it was collected, brought to their factory/office, taped up for more safety and finally shipped off), which was another relief given the huge move.
It took 3-5 days for everything to arrive. Relatively cheap considering how fast the boxes arrived in Sydney.
Would definitely use again!

Honest recommendation
When I usually go to South Korea, it is very easy to underestimate the number of things you might buy (skin care, for example), so I got a tip from a friend, to avoid excess weight in the check-in, to send with Haetak.
My skin care products arrived whole and it was well packaged.
I can honestly recommend their service as the pricing is very good and I think my shipment arrived within a reasonable time from the day it was shipped.
Great to know during your next trip that you can safely and securely send packages to Sweden/other countries with Haetak.
