I ordered a $167 of merchandise that I never received they had a Third Party collect A company called wise .My credit card can't do anything about this because technically ha ha bags did not collect the payment biggest rip-off ever run do not order !!!!! Ha ha Bixby will not answer any emails and deleted my order. I wish these people would get arrested

I have had good experience in the past but this time round, I placed an order and in 15 days I’ve had radio silence.

It was my first order. I bought 9 items for 500€. After 2 weeks I still didnt had a shipment confirmation/tracking number, so I wrote 3 messages to customer service and no answer, so I thought I have been ripped off. BUT 2-3 days later I received a tracking number and another 3-4 days later DHL delivered the package to me. No items are missing. It was all inside the package and as described. Final conclusion; Shipping slow, customer service shit, but Im still happy to got what I paid for =)

Ihahabags.su and the current Ihahabags.ru are the same site. Very unreliable. They will relabel small items to large... I ordered 3 items from the site and they only sent me one. Multiple emails and they admit they made a mistake and refuse to send me the items. You've been warned

I’ve been sketchy about this site for the past two years and based on these reviews I’m glad I followed my instincts …sounds like a scam and bad customer service which is the easiest way to loose a potential customer like me 🤷🏾

I bought a pair of shoes, they came unglued. I wrote to them but no one answers. what I got was not the same as the pictures

-ALERT-SCAM SCAM SCAM - Don’t do it!! Don’t you dare order from this scam site. Don’t believe any positive reviews! They never I repeat Never respond. You will get nothing in the mail! I got my money back from a dispute! Total Scam and May God shut down this fake Chinese scam site.

I've ordered a few things from them which were fairly decent. I ordered a pair of chanels with a pearl heels but heel was crooked and if i wear them I'm sure they will break. I reached out the same day I received the item to tell them my concerns and 5 days later they said all our shoes are constructed the same, I said no these may be a default. I tried calling what's app and creating tickets with picture of crooked heel they still want respond. So 2 weeks later I tried to take it to a shoe repair and they said the company installed the base incorrectly and the screws are cheap.
He said I am scared if I detach the heel I may open a can of worms. I relayed message to the company still ignored. Just know it may be a hit or missed with the products purchased from this company.
I've ordered a total of 4 pair of shoes and 1 was a Fluke .

I was very skeptical of buying from an ihahahandbags.ru. I took a chance on 1/6/2022. One of the items was out of stock and the let me choose a different one an upgrade without additional cost. I ordered again on 12/31/22. One of the items was out of stock. They sent me an email, asking what I would like to do, so I took a credit for my next purchase. I purchased once again using my credit on 5/22/2023. After checking the website, I see the notification my items have been sent, awaiting a tracking number. The quality has always been top notch as well. THE ONLY area of improvement is , I have never received a response to any question I had. But they do reach out if there is a problem with your order on their end. Update: I received an email with tracking number 5/25/23

They will get back to you, during 2nd December - 12th February they are on holiday for the Chinese New Year and it will state that on the home page of the website so it will be delayed if you order during that time period you absolute fruit loops 🤣🤣🤣

i ordered a jacket, excellent quality, but i need bigger size. Nobody from the company will reply back so i'm stuck with jacket that doesn't fit. no customer service whatsoever. I would say do not order from this company unless you are sure with what you are ordering. I wish i had never ordered.
