I had 5 accounts Hailstone was handling for me. Money to settle accounts was handled through another finance group Global Holdings. 3 accounts were settled just fine then everything stopped. Received summons for forth account. Called Hailstone and was told they would respond to the summons. Thought everything was handled until my paycheck started getting garnished. Turns out they did nothing with the summons. Now 6 months later I’m getting phone calls from a collection agency for the 5th account. Big problem is Global Holdings is still taking $465.00 out of my account each month, keeping $73.00 as a management fee and sending the rest to Hailstone. Nothing like continuing to get paid for a job they didn’t finish. How do you stop these crooks.

Been enrolled for over a year, thought everything was going good, hadn't heard anything so I just assumed it was all being taken care of. Started getting summons to court last week, so far from 2 of the 4 accounts I enrolled. Now the amounts I owe are over double what they were when I enrolled! Was told they have not made a single payment to either of them!! Just waiting for the other 2 accounts to summon me to court. What a joke! Anyone that has a good review of this place is a bot

DO NOT USE THIS GROUP. I cancelled my program due to their litigation and being sued after receiving a collections notice. I was told I was going to get the $1,742ish left in my account for which they are now trying to keep for retainer fees. I have called and left messages for return calls with no call back. I was also told I would have access to my account with Hailstone for 30 days which had all my documents in it. That has since been deactivated after a week.

I called Hailstone this morning about a summons that I received and the receptionist told me that they are no longer litigating for the customers and that I should do my own litigation. Of course, I was shocked since I have been with them for over a year. I missed out on great deals that the banks offered me to settle. I was told not to answer any deals from banks as they will do it all. They haven't made one payment to any bank that I owe. They told me that they will send me the money that I had already paid them. Hopefully, they will at least make good on that.

Have been in the program for over a year. 3 of my 4 debts went smooth and have been or are being paid. The 4th though has gone a legal route. So I called in and got the run around. Long story short, I've been calling in nearly daily. I either get disconnected, the run around, or told that I'll get a call back. I haven't gotten one call back and haven't talked to anyone before this for nearly 6 months. I won't be recommending anyone to this, as I'm probably going to wind up going through this legal thing without help. Which means I'll have my wages garnished and/or have to move. Plus, there is no way out of the program or a way to hold they accountable. So pissed off

When I signed up, I thought my debts would be paid. This really isn't a consolidation loan. I thought everything would be paid off and I would be paying you to get rid of my debt. Very disappointed.

I was given complete information on amounts, payments and dates which made my decision to accept the settlement very easy.

Very clear and responsive customer service with detailed explanation when asked.....helping to let me resolve my financial issues with some dignity.

It took a bit to gain trust just because it’s so hard to know these days. It seemed too good to be true. After some patience, I was very pleased with the offer.

This group has been nothing but honest, professional, and caring. They have done everything they have said they would do, and communicate effectively on what I need to do. I recently received my first settlement!! It felt so great!!

Everyone I have dealt with either by phone, email, text or in person has been patient and willing to answer all my questions, even if I repeated some of them. Much appreciated.

They are helping me with my financial hardship so I won’t be all stressed out over how to pay my debts

I have only been with hailstone a couple months, I can say so far I am extremely happy with what I have seen.
