Regarding your order, we communicated at each step: we explained the brief delay due to temporary stock at our primary warehouse (dispatched from our secondary warehouse), provided tracking details immediately, and responded to all your follow-up emails.

The total time from order to delivery was approximately 2 weeks, which aligns with standard Australia Post delivery (3–8 business days) plus our processing time. As per our shipping policy, customers should allow up to 5 business days for processing during busy periods (very rare—in most cases we process orders by the next business day). We apologise if this felt longer than expected.

On the contents: The CPR Curly Quad Pack is a manufacturer-pre-packed and sealed kit from Vitafive CPR, containing exactly four products—Bounce Back Sulphate Free Shampoo (300ml), Soft Touch Conditioning Treatment (300ml), Hydra Curl Leave-in Moisturiser (150ml), and Curl Ctrl Defining Crème (150ml). Our warehouse confirmed the box was sealed and intact at dispatch, and the Australia Post lodgement weight matched the expected weight for the full quad pack, with no discrepancies.

We promptly investigated your concern, requested photos (which you kindly provided), conducted a thorough check, and replied with our findings. While we understand your frustration, our records and verifications indicate the order was dispatched complete.

We must also address your description of our business as a "scam." If this were truly a scam, you would not have received any order at all, let alone one that our records, the manufacturer's sealed packaging, and Australia Post's lodgement weight all confirm was dispatched complete. Accusing a legitimate small business of fraud is a serious claim, much like if we were to label you a "deceiving customer"—which we would never do, as it would be unfair and unfounded. Instead, we took your feedback seriously, conducted a full investigation based on verifiable facts—including that the CPR Quad Pack is pre-boxed and sealed by the manufacturer with all four products (Bounce Back Shampoo, Soft Touch Conditioning Treatment, Hydra Curl Leave-in Moisturiser, and Curl Ctrl Defining Crème), our warehouse observed no signs of tampering or movement in the intact box, and the recorded dispatch weight matched the full kit—and shared our transparent findings with you. We stand by facts and integrity, not pressure tactics or threats of negative reviews/social media exposure to force an outcome that contradicts the evidence. We won't be bullied into compromising our standards over baseless allegations.

It’s a shame that your review does not provide full information. It’s easy to be a keyboard warrior than demonstrate self-awareness with unrealistic expectations!

Summary as below:

• You have been a repeated customer and this was your 3rd order with our store. You had 2 successful orders, however there was no positive review left for past orders hence the comment on being a keyboard warrior when you did not get your way
• Your 3rd order contained an out of stock product. You were provided with several options including placing your order on hold for a few weeks until new stock is received or a full refunded
• You ignored the options offered and responded with ‘not your problem’! If the stock has run out as we have had many orders for the same products, we cannot use magic for new products to arrive immediately hence the option of putting your order on hold for 2 weeks until new stock is received or providing you with a full refund
• You continued to ignore the options therefore we proactively provided a full refund to you
• You didn’t appreciate we provided a full refund and expected us to work our magic and find stock for you
• Your review was left after we refunded you in full.

Thank you for your custom to date and we have no concerns with you shopping elsewhere moving forward.

Thank you for your review.

To confirm, the tracking number sent to you was correct – it is automatically system generated and was sent to you on 3 April 2024 when your order was despatched.

You opted for standard delivery despite an option for express delivery being available, therefore Australia Post standard delivery timeframes would apply.

You claimed on the 3rd business day of your order that you had been waiting 1.5 weeks for your order when your order had not been placed for 1.5 weeks. We can only assume you are mixing up our order with another order that you have placed 1.5 weeks ago and referring to that tracking number.

You received your order within 7 Business days from Australia Post despite timelines for Tasmania for standard post being longer. Note; delivery timeframes are set by Australia Post and noted on our website.

You claimed you had not received the parcel this afternoon when in fact Australia post confirmation showed the parcel was received this morning. When evidence was shared - perhaps as we corrected you, we received a 1 star rating!

When you raised your concerns, we:
• Confirmed your order had left our warehouse and provided you with a link for your tracking number
• We contacted Australia Post on your behalf to chase the order despite the delivery being within the timeframe
• We responded to many of your emails within a few hours despite every email from you being rude.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and feel we have gone over and beyond to assist you. Unfortunately there are customers that despite many hoops that we jump we cannot make happy.

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to learn of your experience with the manic panic product.

Unfortunately we have no control on the weather and how Australia Post transports the goods e.g. if heat is coming through the transports being used. I assure you that the product was intact when it left our warehouse. We sell hundreds of products a week and have not had any other negative feedback.
