I ordered a topper from Valerie and the customer service was first class. It was beautiful hair but had to return as wrong colour, very prompt response and refund! Will order again.

Love the wig, however I wish that is was thicker.

I have been wearing human hair wigs for about 20 years, this is by far the best wig I have ever purchased and worth every penny. This will absolutely be my go to for wigs going forward. Well worth the wait and Valerie was so quick to responding to all my questions and concerns. Once shipped the piece was here in no time. It is gorgeous hair.

I could not be happier with my new wig. It’s even better than what I was expecting! Colour, comfort, invisible hairline, quality and length everything is just perfect.
Valerie was incredible at answering my questions and helping me decide on the colour and size based on the information I sent her. I was nervous trying yet another brand after many disappointing and costly mistakes, but I felt confident through the whole process with Valerie, and when my wig arrived I was blown away. Just beautiful in every way.

Mijn haarwerk.. is fantastisch.. ik had daarvoor een maatwerk dit was ook niet slecht maar wel zeer prijzig.. nu voel ik dat het uiteindelijk ook zeer goed zit .. ik heb een xs en het zit zeer goed aangenaam gevoel en de kwaliteit van het haar vind ik ook top 👍🏻 ik ga mij binnen kort nog één aanschaffen.. zo heb ik er twee voor wat af te wisselen..
ik zou zeggen dames niet twijfelen mochten jullie ook opzoek zijn naar een haarwerk die prijs kwaliteit zeer goed meevallen .. hair by V is het juiste adres 👍🏻

It was my first topper experience and before contacting Valerie I read all the info she has in the web about coloring, measurements, lengths, different cap constructions, after care, tips... It's all in there... soaked up all the info and thought about what I wanted, then I contacted her and she was absolutely lovely, perfectly understood what I wanted.
Even though I ordered a different topper at first and modified the color, later on she confirmed that the cap I wanted could be made with the exact virgin Slavic tone as my bio hair and let me exchange it for the same price. I also contacted one of her ambassadors, Nikki, and she was also very helpful. Since we both have similar hair tones she guided me and helped me find out my bio tone and what would work for me and what wouldn't. I'm so satisfied with the quality of the topper as well as the customer service, that Ive ordered my second topper and its now in production. Valerie is so sweet and kind and made everything so easy for me that I'm sure I'll be coming for more. They're addictive. Thank you so much Valerie for being so helpful and attentive.

Hair quality top notch! Hair color true to pictures unlike many other sellers. Fast shipping to US. The only thing I would suggest is if there could be an option for delivery without a signature, at buyers risk. I was worried even being out in the back yard that I would miss the delivery.

I have had the JUNE topper for almost two weeks now and I am absolutely thrilled. It is simply fantastic.

This is the first wig I’ve ever ordered, after losing a lot of hair over the last few months due to thyroid problems and with that, losing a lot of my confidence too.

The colour of this wig is absolutely beautiful and it fits perfectly. I honestly can’t wait to start feeling like myself again and wear it out with confidence. Can’t wait to buy more !.

Really gorgeous topper, beautiful colour and incredibly soft. Rapid delivery (although I delayed this slightly to a more suitable day for me).
Unfortunately I had to return as it wasn't quite right, but had no issues getting a return label, and I am trying a different colour.
For anyone buying from the UK, the import tax was about £50, which I didn't think was too bad.
