I ordered the stars and stripes hats for my students to wear for our Veteran's Day program. They were the hit of the show! They held up well and stayed on great! Thank you!

I ordered two items from this website. I ordered them on a Friday hoping to receive them in time for a costume party I had a week later. That Monday I went on their site and contacted a representative to make sure the items would be shipped in time, and the rep assured me they were being shipped that day. I was emailed a tracking number later that day. Throughout the week no tracking info popped up. On the Friday of my party there still was not any information showing up for tracking. I wrote their customer service department but didn't hear back by the end of the day so I just gave up.

Three days later I received a reply to the email simply giving me the tracking info that at that point was already available to me, because my items were not actually shipped until that Friday evening. A full week after I had placed the order. I would understand if something was out of stock or if they had been shipped on time and USPS made an error, but it was clear that I had been lied to and that my order was not turned over to USPS until a full five days after I was told it had been sent.

I finally received the package a week and a half after placing the order and requesting 2-5 day shipping, and surprise, it wasn't even correct. You'd think after taking five days to drop it off at the post office they could have at least gotten the correct two items into the envelope. I have since written them a letter of complaint and of course I have not yet received a response. Maybe they have a 3 day turnaround on emails. Either way I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be wasting another penny at their site.

Items exactly as stated and arrived on time. Will do business again!

I ordered some wide bandannas and hair accessories, they are always having sells and have a great selection. It was a soft silk material, and it fit my head and my mothers. (we don't have the same head shape or size) I would definitely buy again, so many design options as well.

Though the Items came on time, they sent the wrong items
I ordered 4 light purple hair accessories and they sent me one light purple and 3 dark purple.

Now I am wasting my money mailing this back to them and ordering from a different store
