I wanted highlights to cover root growth. The Salon advised use of a different colour but this made my hair too dark and the hairdresser tried to rub off some colour at the sink. The result is my hair went frizzy. I phoned the Salon owner but she was unhelpful, and I agreed to a refund. Another Salon says that my hair is ruined and frizzy due to too much highlighting.
