Absolutely a scam , taking advantage of women suffering hair loss for many health reason.

Unbelievable 10% refund, they say straight out it's too difficult to return products.

I was so excited to receive my new wig!
Then it arrived...😔😢🫩😠😡😡😡😡
I was SO upset because, this 'wig' was absolutely nothing like the picture.
It's supposed to be a creamy blonde but it's putrid shade of gold and approximately 4 inches longer than the one I ordered.
Like another review said, this wig is not even worth $5
I emailed them to get instructions on how to return it, because the return address was in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
They wrote back that I could get a 10% discount to keep it, or return it to China which would cost as much as I paid for the wig, to return.
This 'hairlio' place is a total SCAM!
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
You will be greatly disappointed.

The wig I order is not worth 5.00 dollars. So please check who you are ordering from. Hairelio is not trustworthy.

This company is a SCAM. I couldn’t find anywhere on their site that it was from China, but when you try to return the wig, it is actually China. I bought a wig from them on August 12. I didn’t get any emails whatsoever from them (except from Paypal for the payment) until I emailed them on August 19. They apologized and said it would take a little longer maybe five days. I emailed them again on August 28 for a tracking number since I had nothing. They did send the tracking number stating it had shipped. I finally received the wig on September 1. It was nowhere close to the wig I ordered. There was a sewn-in part which didn’t even look natural. And I’m not even sure what the color is. I emailed them and asked for a return address since I paid $44 for the wig, $34 for the wig and $10 for shipping. That’s when I found out I had to send it back to China. They offered 10% if I would keep the wig which amount to four dollars or return it and get stuck with all the fees which is $32 to ship it plus whatever fees they were going charge. I chose the trashcan. Please do not order from this company. I really wish I could give it zero stars.
