Styr unna. På nettsiden skriver hairgivers at moms er inkludert i prisen, men den er ikke det. Noen veker etter kjÞp kommer faktura på moms i lag med toll fra Fedex.

For bestillinger til land utenfor EU, som Norge, kan det faktisk pålÞpe importavgifter, merverdiavgift eller fortollingskostnader fra lokale tollmyndigheter. Disse kostnadene fastsettes ikke av oss, men av tollmyndighetene i mottakerlandet.

This company is a bunch of thieves

I got a product two months after its expiration date. I've never experienced anything like this before. It's outrageous and beyond belief. This should not happen in a normal store. I advise everyone against buying from this store!

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you received a product that was past its expiry date. This is obviously not the experience we want to offer our customers.

As agreed with you, we have received the product back and refunded the full purchase price to you. In addition, we have taken immediate action: the entire current stock of this product has been checked and destroyed as a precautionary measure to prevent this from happening again.

As a webshop specialising in hair growth products, we help many customers with their hair and scalp problems every day, and we do everything we can to maintain the highest possible standard of products and service. That is why we take reports like this seriously and use them to further improve our processes.
