I underwent a hair transplant procedure at this clinic and, unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the outcome.

In addition to paying for the transplant itself, I also purchased a package of PRP and mesotherapy treatments for the following six months, which cost approximately $3,000 extra in addition to $4,300 I paid directly there. Despite completing the recommended treatments, the final result did not meet the declared expectations. The transplanted area lacks density, and the hair distribution appears sparse enough that the transplant is noticeable.

What disappointed me even more was my experience after raising these concerns with the clinic. When I contacted the owner, Sergio Markaryan, to discuss the result, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than seriously addressed. Instead of exploring possible solutions, I was left feeling blamed for the outcome. I was willing to discuss a partial refund or another reasonable resolution, but no satisfactory solution was offered.

They even dared to post the video with me on their Instagram - I totally confirm that it is NOT as described! My backhead is damaged now forever with scars and my top head lacks of hair with clearly visible baldness.

Based on the result I received and the way my concerns were handled afterward, I would advise prospective patients to research carefully and consider all options before committing to treatment here.
