This is a scam site that tries to sell you goods at low prices by stealing your account and credit card details and charging you for non-existent products, without ever communicating with you, the customer. Avoid this site at all costs!

On 30th May 2026 I have ordered a book by the title "Pfrouflstaud und Tschuferniggele" (Web page enclose here) for the price of 9.99 €s plus a delivery cost of 2.99 Euros: Total = 12.98 Euros.

The payment was executed via Visa credit card for that amount, approved through the control of my usual banking system.

On my bank account the corresponding sum shows up as being debited, paid to :
CB DU 010626 XP*HAIRLISTRY.C LIMASSOL CARTE 4974XXXXXXXX2646 − 12,98 €

I have not received any message concerning the delivery of the book I had ordered.
This amount has been wrongly debited from my account and I demand an immediate refund.
If I do not receive a reply by the end of the day, I shall take appropriate action.
I request also that information about the delivery of the book is provided to me at the same time.

I have received an AI generated message from Hairlistry not replying to my queries.
They owe me now 130.09 Euros.

Money was taken from my account without authorisation. They have said that they will only give me a refund if l leave a feedback on trust pilot

I had ordered the wrong thing by mistake. I was afraid I would be stuck with it, but after sending an email to hairlistry.com, I received a quick response from Alero. In it, he indicated that I didn't need to worry and that the costs I initially incurred would be refunded. It is great that this problem could be resolved so quickly by hairlistry.com.
