I started my hair transplant journey with hairmedic london colney and eventually got transferred to hairmedic chiswick. I met with Dr Adam Elmi who did my hair transplant surgery and I have been very happy with his customer services and could see how experience him and his team are. They worked long after closing hours to ensure whole area was covered, making sure there is no gaps left to get the best results.
I highly recommend Dr. Adam Elmi and his team at hairmedic chiswick to fulfil your hair requirements. I have been advised to have the second part of the surgery in 6month time and I have full faith in having great results at the end of my journey. I bought minoxidil from this website and I had questions about the product. I contacted them through various online platforms and they would either not answer at all, were incredibly unhelpful, and then ghosted. I am not sure who is responsible for their customer service online, but whoever it is, either needs training, or to be sacked. I find this approach to be unprofessional. Customers have questions that you should readily respond to. I noticed they seem capable enough to respond to trustpilot reviews. Why do you not respond to emails?

Moving on to the minoxidil mix, this product is extremely greasy and had I known, I wouldn't have purchased. I will use up the product and see if there is any difference. Not noticed anything yet.

Visited Hair Medics today for my final PpA? So very impressed with the results after only 5 months . Excellent team at Colny Hair Medics and the wonderful Dr Hamad Hawama and his colleagues make you feel relaxed and professionally looked after from start to finish . Professional and reassuring experience

I had a very positive experience with Hair Medics UK. Dr Hamad Hawama and the team were professional, friendly and reassuring throughout the consultation and transplant procedure. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after on the day and during the immediate aftercare. It is still very early to judge the final result, but I’m very happy with the service and care I’ve received so far.

Dr Hamad Hawana was excellent. The care was first class and my hairline looks natural

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Transplant was 6 weeks ago, just had check up and all looking great. Hair like design is exactly what I needed, and Dr Hamad Hawama was very insightful designing it for me, accounting for age and what would look and grow with the most natural look, compared to some clinics giving the “drawn on hairline” look. Surgery was one day for hairline restoration. The assistances were wonderful, caring and accommodating. Food was provided when we took a break ahead of implantation (order in from anything you like, which was ideal).

Just had the follow up PRP and everything is looking great, just awaiting the end result. Dr Hamad Hawama is a true talent and work speaks for itself, book him before he gets too popular!
