I had a fantastic experience at HairNeva Clinic in Turkey for my recent hair transplantation. The level of service and professional attitude to their work exceeded my expectations.

Exceptional Expertise: The clinic's medical team is highly skilled, and the results surpassed my expectations. Of course it is too early to speak about the final result, that also depends on how I do my after surgery care over my new hairs. But from what I see now, the work was done with the high level of professionalism.

Facilities: HairNeva boasts state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. It is also true about the Hotel that is provided by the clinic.

Personalized Care: They provided a tailored treatment plan that met my needs and ensured a natural look. All tests and consultations. The level of cleanest and attitude to the styrene and safety is in a highest level, especially in comparison to what I see in Germany.

Friendly Atmosphere: The staff is warm and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. Everyone from the team knows what to do and how. Trying always to help you and being attentive. This is what I will call - Service.

Effective Communication: Clear and constant communication from consultation before OP to post-OP care.

I'm thrilled with the results and grateful for the care I received at HairNeva Clinic.

Une très belle expérience vécu au côté de Michael qui m’a accompagné dès la prise de référence, et ce jusqu’au soin post opératoire.
La clinique est basé dans l’hôtel Marriott, la formule comprend une chambre dans cet hôtel, très pratique pour s’y rendre surtout après l’opération.
J’ai apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, que ce soit de l’hôtel ou de la clinique.
Je recommande vivement car après 7 mois d’opération le résultat est là.

Après plusieurs recherches de cliniques à Istanbul, j'ai choisi Hair Neva car c'est celle qui m'inspirait le plus confiance, et je regrette pas d'avoir fait ce choix. Déjà le correspondant Michael est une personne sympa et à l'écoute,il a su me mettre en confiance. Ensuite une chose qui est très bien, c'est que la clinique se trouve dans l'hôtel ce qui est super pratique, l'hôtel est classé 5 étoiles il est impeccable c'est même pas des chambres c'est des appartements.
Et enfin la clinique , pour moi tout c'est très bien passé,l'équipe a été au petit soin . L'intervention a durée à peu près 7 heures pour 3500 greffons, ils ont fait un travail précis et minutieux, j'ai entièrement confiance quand au résultat futur.
Ensuite il ya un suivi sur WhatsApp avec Michael pour la suite post opératoire.
Donc voilà une très bonne expérience pour ma part, et je vous recommande franchement de faire votre greffe chez Hair Neva vous ne le regretterez pas,et le tarif est vraiment honnête pour le travail qu'ils font.

Ich hatte kürzlich eine Haartransplantation (ca. 6000 Grafts) bei HairNeva und bin überaus zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung. Die Einrichtung ist modern, makellos sauber und äußerst einladend. Das Personal, angefangen bei den Empfangsmitarbeitern bis hin zu den Ärzten, ist unglaublich fürsorglich, freundlich und aufmerksam.

Besonders möchte ich meinen Dolmetscher hervorheben, der ein absoluter Superstar ist. Gemeinsam mit dem Team schaffte er es, mir jegliche Angst zu nehmen, obwohl ich normalerweise panische Angst vor Nadeln habe. Seine Beruhigung und Unterstützung haben meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Das Essen, das mir serviert wurde, verdient ebenfalls ein Lob - es war ausgezeichnet. Die Pflegeprodukte und die klaren Anweisungen für die Nachsorge, die ich erhalten habe, haben mir das Vertrauen gegeben, dass meine Genesung reibungslos verlaufen wird.

Alle Beratungsgespräche, sei es vor meinem Besuch über das Internet, vor Ort oder nach meinem Besuch online, waren äußerst professionell und informativ. Ich kann diese Klinik uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bin sehr dankbar für die großartige Betreuung, die ich erfahren habe.

Very professional, they took care of my transfers, hotels and didn’t start the procedure until i was 100% happy. i’m from perth and i was very sceptical about this being in a different country however was amazed by how good everything went

La clinique dans l’hôtel est un plus non négligeable, surtout que ce ne sont pas des chambres mais des appartements top qualité !

Il y a 2 mois, je lançais la vidéo YouTube d’un coach sportif parti faire une greffe capillaire en Turquie, sans avoir vraiment ce projet moi-même.

Au fil du visionnage, j’ai vu avec surprise à quel point cette intervention est aujourd’hui hyper-simple et hyper-maîtrisée, et etzit convaincu qu’Istanbul était bien la capitale mondiale de la greffe de cheveux.

Quelques jours plus tard, plusieurs JT français parlaient du phénomène. J’ai alors décidé de contacter la clinique Hairneva (celle de la vidéo) qui m’a répondu très rapidement (Merci Michael !) pour m’ envoyer un devis (un peu plus de 3000€ pour 5500 greffons et le séjour à l’hôtel) et me donner toutes les informations nécessaires à la préparation de mon voyage.

Arrivé à l’aéroport d’Istanbul, un van Mercedes aux vitres teintées vous récupère pour vous mener dans un hôtel Marriott 5*.

Dès la descente du taxi, Michael m’attendait et m’accueillait chaleureusement pour me faire visiter la clinique, qui occupe tout le 1er étage de ce magnifique hôtel qui en compte une bonne dizaine.

Après cela, Michael appelle un taxi 🚕 et m’emmène pour une balade nocturne dans le quartier touristique d’Istanbul et manger un succulent kebab, avant de rentrer à l’hôtel et faire ma nuit avant l’intervention programmée le lendemain.

Jour 1 de l’intervention : la clinique est magnifique, comme le reste de l’hôtel, super hi-tech, il y a du personnel en nombre (pas comme en France…) . Tout le monde est très sympathique et vous met en totale confiance. Michael est toujours à vos côtés pour traduire les échanges avec l’équipe soignante.

L’intervention est longue (2h30 sur le ventre, une pause, puis 2h30 sur le ventre), mais quasi indolore grâce au cachet relaxant qu’on prend avant l’opération. Je me suis même endormi !

J’avais 5500 greffons à prélever et à reposer, donc rebelote le jour suivant.

Le professionnalisme et l'expertise de l'équipe m'ont impressionné à chaque étape du processus. Personne ne vous presse. C’est votre jour et toute l’équipe est là pour vous. Le chirurgien qui s’est occupé de moi a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions, de comprendre mes besoins et de me conseiller avec soin. Leur approche personnalisée m'a fait sentir que j'étais entre de bonnes mains tout au long de mon séjour.

C’est vraiment énorme d’avoir la clinique à l’intérieur de l’hôtel !! Pas de transfert, pas de peur d’arriver en retard… Michael vous dit à quelle heure on se retrouve dans le hall et c’est parti !

Après l’intervention, on peut retourner dans sa chambre directement pour manger (un truc commandé par le room service et livré en quelques minutes pour pas cher) et se relaxer dans son lit. Un truc sympa, on peut caster YouTube depuis son téléphone sur la télé dans la chambre 👍)

Je suis ravi des résultats de ma greffe, qui a été réalisée avec une précision remarquable. Cela a déjà un impact positif significatif sur mon bien-être général !

Very professional, very understanding, they work with you to meet your needs. I had to go back a second time because my bald area was large, they stayed in touch with me as my transplant was growing and scheduled me to come back. I appreciate that they heard my concerns and worked with me so they are addressed. Now I'm no longer bald and they made it possible for me to be able to do my hair again after 10 years of not being able to do so. I greatly, greatly appreciate this.

The whole experience from the moment we got to Turkey to getting to the location knowing our stay is in the same building, as where the surgery was taken was phenomenal, the cleanliness and the hospitality, and overall how well the procedure went was stunning and I wish I can give it more than a five star if I can!

Once I decided to do the hair transplantation, I really had a good communication with the clinic and they explained to me all the details and what type of operation I should do and answered all questions that I had. In regards the clinic in Turkey, i chose HairNeva because they are doing all their operation in of the good hospitals in Turkey and the Doctor is controlling and checking the operation which makes me feel so much comfortable. I have done my operations in Nov 2020 and i really got a good results after one year! I would highly recommend dealing with hairneva
