The product is essentially shoe polish, nothing like the adverts. Waste of money and comes off with a wash. DO not waste your money

Good Stuff.simple. no stains on my shirt collar which is a first.

I've been using toppik for YEARS, thought it was fine until I tried hairo. Completely different feel. No fibres all over my sink. No itchy scalp, and it actually stays through a sweaty football match. My girlfriend even said it looks more natural than my old stuff. Honestly wish I'd switched earlier.

I may of chucked my money down the drain crap and After saying 3 to 5 days it took over 2 weeks and by the look it's come from china ..it's rubbish and a con DONT waste your money .I will stick to my fibre's .

Absolute scam. Took ages to arrive. Doesn’t even remotely do what it says or like the video. Don’t waste your money.

An absolute scam. They claimed to be a UK based company. But the order came from China. Also the product itself was not identical to whqt they advertised on website. It was a product from 'Maycheer' Company that sells hair shading. I questioned them about this. Their respond -

"Thank you for reaching out and I sincerely apologize for the confusion and disappointment caused.

Due to an unforeseen incident at our manufacturing facility (a fire that temporarily disrupted our packaging supply), we’ve had to ship a limited number of orders using a backup packaging from our fulfillment partner. That’s why the label on your product says “Maycheer” instead of HAIRO (but rest assured, the formula inside remains exactly the same."

Isn't a copyright infringement using another company's logo to sell your products ??? Lool

I would give a “zero star” rating if that that was possible.
Ordered at the beginning of July, paid - but I’ve still not received the item.
Emailed twice to find out the status of my delivery but have received no reply at all.
Thankfully purchased using my credit card so I will contact my bank to dispute this transaction and see what Hairo does when the bank contacts them for payment!!

This product is a scam. It doesn't work. It made my skin super red and irritated.

Purchased a set of 3, only received 1. Not sure how paypal sided with them when they admitted false advertisement. DO NOT TRUST, see below.

Huge scam! Currently contesting the charge with my bank as I only received one when I too ordered from the black Friday sale of get 3 for the price of one. I emailed them twice and got no response. Product is still sitting in the very small bag they packed it in a d hasn't been used and instead ordered from bleame for about the same price. Received that product in record time vs their almost month of shipping time. They can have their lousy product back because I will get my money back from my bank! This website is going to help tremendously!!!

Same as the other reviewers, I Received only 1 instead of 3 as part of a “Black Friday deal” when I emailed they said they’d send out the remaining two but had to pay £9 shipping fee. Stopped replying when I asked for a refund. Scam company.

Very unprofessional and poor customer service skills.
From the reviews this company seems to be one big scam! They fail to respond to your queries and then respond with false information without progressing or addressing a query effectively.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company

I bought this for my daughter and I am so sorry that I did. She is in pain!! She is red and has bumps everywhere she used it!!! This is awful! She is on fire from using this the first time. What the heck is wrong with this item ?? Not cool

I ordered the trio special, but only received one. Emailed customer support and never hear back. Don't buy from them. They have the same thing on Amazon.

Made an order for a set of 3 hair erasers, received only 1 after a month. Customer service said they would send the other 2 if I paid a further 9usd for shipping. I said no as they wouldn't arrive in time and asked for a partial refund, I was ignored after that!

SCAM!!!! I too ordered 3 at a special discount as stated on both the website and my paying page. Only to receive 1 😡

Scam company. Just reported to my credit card for a refund because it’s a bait and switch. They sell you one thing and then claim when you only receive half your order that there was a system glitch and you “misunderstood” what you were ordering. They’ll “make it up to you” by offering you a code for a free one, all you have to do is send “their shipping partner” more money. No thank you! Oh and they reply super fast when you reach out about receiving part of your order and then radio silence when you say you can refund me 50% of what I paid since you only sent 50% of my order instead of agreeing to pay them for being shady a-holes. Don’t fall for it.
