Nagyon finom ebédet is kap a páciens. Egy év múlva még visszamegyek hozzájuk. Ajánlani tudom mindenkinek, aki ilyen beavatkozást szeretne.

Very positive experience with the clinic.
Environment is discreet, friendly, professional, clean. Personnel is very kind and professional, the surgeon has been excellent, very focused and dedicated, put me at ease.
The treatment lasted one entire day, from 9.00am till 7pm. All very structured, organized, everybody knew what needed to be done, I perceived that the team has long experience in hair transplant.
It's now been only a few days after the surgery and all is going as expected. Will need to wait several months for the results.

14/07/2022 - What can I say about HairPalace? nothing but praise - from airport pick-up / drop off to accommodation (very nice apartment with Netflix in all languages)
Had the blood tests there as well and paid for an extra night's accommodation and late check-out (very reasonable prices) so I could have a day / night sightseeing.
On the day of the operation, I was a bit nervous - no need to be - on being met by my admin/translator my nerves were put at ease. I met the Doctor and after examination she confirmed the number of hairs to be transplanted (5,000) there was a possibility before this that they could extract an additional 500 but she said this would leave scaring. She informed me that I could have a second transplant if required in 12 months times. Again this just increased my confidence that I had chosen the right clinic and Country (I know a lot of people look towards Turkey Clinic's) because I believe some would just take the extra money and do it)
The operation itself was unbelievably pain-free (apart from the initial stings of the anesthetic injections) I honestly can tell you I slept through nearly all the morning session and afternoon sessions (a lovely meal was provided during a 30-minute lunch break). The total duration was about 6.5 hours and was completely pain-free. After-care package and instructions were given and I was transported back to my apartment for one more night and day before my departure back to the UK. I was given different strength pain killers but I have not needed them.
I can highly recommend Hairpalace and its very friendly/professional staff, but of course, the results are the main priority - I look forward to the next few months with excitement. Gary from the United Kingdom
If you were like me looking at different clinics/countries - GO HAIRPALACE - Budapest - Hungary

First of all I want to credit yourselves on the correspondence. It was so easy and stress free. From the first point of contact to transfers both there and on the way back. Also the hotel was clean and very well maintained.

However.. on my first transplant I came back after 80% of my grafts didn't grow. This resulted in my guarantee be approved and on my return I still had to pay extra as the doctor wanted to implant more hair. Extra on top of the guarantee which I didn't understand.

On my return I had another transplant which has also not been successfully. I followed all the advice strictly. This included no rain or wind or sunlight. I even slept sat up on the first which one instructed .Yet again I can not fault the communication it was brilliant.

However this was also not successful due to my hair been implanted straight vertical and not on an angle ( see photo attachment )

I have offered a third transplant and myself suggested taking as much as you possibly need.. providing I sign an agreement to say I can't come back or complain about anything. ( as this would leave scars on my donor area )

I was then told that overall after both of my transplants that 80 percent of these grafts was successful but the pictures speak for themselves.

Finally all the reviews are straight after the treatment therfore they are based on the experience and not the results. Don't get me wrong they were second to none with communication. Not so much to agreeing my hair is not upto standard. Please see pictures attached and decide for yourself.

Arrived in Budapest the Wednesday for a Friday surgery. Arrived at 3am due to flight delays. Driver was awesome brought me to the accommodation. Accommodation simple, clean and has everything you need. Following morning driver collected me to bring me for blood tests. It was a partner clinic that did them which was very basic but was clean, quick and efficient. Had the rest of the day to myself to explore Budapest. Budapest city centre is about a 20 minute walk along the Danube. Some really nice bars and restaurants along the way. The city itself I thought was really nice too. Good shopping, restaurants, pubs etc. great place to spend an afternoon.

The following morning, I was asked to walk to the clinic and be there for 7.30am. It’s a 10mins walk so very simple. I arrived to the Building reception and the guy on reception was really welcoming. He brought me up to the Hairpalace main reception where Bibor welcomed me at the door. Bibor was lovely and spoke great English. She explained everything to me and brought me to the patient area where I changed and got ready for the day. I had my ‘second breakfast’ - some pills to take before the procedure including a mild sedative. I was introduced to Kitti, the doctor who would conduct the surgery. Kitti explained everything to me what would happen throughout the day and I really felt safe in her care. I then had a haircut(!) as the cut my hair to the required length and then a little photo shoot of my head. I was brought into the surgery room and lay down on my stomach as the morning was going to be the removal of the hairs from the donar area. Despite staring at the floor through the massage table, Kitti again explained everything she was doing so I felt completely at ease. Nothing to do with the mild sedative of course.

The most uncomfortable part of the whole day is probably the local anaesthetic. However a few needles later, the back of my head was completely numb and Kitti then began the removal. I had 5000 hairs removed so the process took about 3 hours. Most of that was spent on my stomach and then shifting from my left side to my right side. I have to say I was so relaxed I fell asleep several times.

After the 3 hours, Kitti bandaged the back of my head and we then sat in front of the mirror to discuss the hair line which was the frontal zone for me. Kitti suggested the hairline and it was the exact thing I had in mind so we went with that.

I then went back to the patient area, where lunch was waiting. I have to say lunch was excellent. Really great food and just what I needed after the morning.

30mins later I was back on the massage table except this time sitting up in an upright position where Kitti would implant the hairs to the frontal zone. Bibor joined us where she put on netflix and handed me the control.

Kitti again explained what she was doing and that the local anaesthetic in the frontal zone was slightly more uncomfortable as we have more nerves in that area. She was spot on, it was uncomfortable but again, over in a matter of seconds and again, everything went numb and I settled in front of a movie.
I have to say that afternoon, I think I spent most of it sleeping…and probably snoring (sorry Kitti!)

In the end at about 5pm, it was all done! Kitti and her team got me up and ready and I then went back to the patient area where Kitti sat with me and went through all of the post procedure care process, medication etc it was a really thorough explanation so I left completely clear as to what I needed to do. I had done as instructed and brought button shirts, got changed and said goodbye.

The walk back to the accommodation was a bit awkward I must say. You can’t help but feel very self aware walking down the street with the top of your head exposed and the back of your head fully bandaged. I stopped by a local supermarket and bought some food and then headed back to the apartment.

That night I removed the bandaged as instructed and went to bed. Next morning, after a few hours sleep I was collected by the driver who then brought me to the airport and I headed back home.

A bit long I know, but I wanted to share my whole experience, as I hope it reassures people who might be anxious about the process. Kitti and her team along with Bibor, made my day so easy, comfortable and very relaxing. Everyone was so excellent.

It’s been 48hrs now since my procedure and I’m excited to see the results. I will follow up this review with the review of the results. But my initial feeling is, procedural wise, I will be certainly making the trip back in a years time for my second surgery and the fact I’m looking forward to it is probably the best compliment I can pay.

Everything from the initial consultation up until after the surgery was brilliant, all the staff was highly professional and the most helpful. During the surgery, the doctor and his team were amazing, offering you time to rest or anytime you felt pain they provided numbing injections. The results are truly wonderful and I couldn't recommend this place enough. If you are considering a hair transplant, this is the place to get it done!

Good as advertised. A lot of information is given to help understand the whole procedure, you are well taken care of during the whole process, from the airport on arrival through the airport on departure.
The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, and available for any questions you may have.
All promised hairs were implanted.
I can't speak of the results yet, but I will update my comments

I had a great experience at hair palace. It's super efficent. I filled out an enquiry form online and within about 1 month I had my procedure. Hair palace is really profresanional. You get picked up from the airport and stay in their own apartments. The clinic is really nice and the staff are fantastic. I felt really at ease and in good hands. I liked the fact it was all women dealing with my surgery and my surgeon was first class alway making sure my operation was pain free and had my best interests at heart. Don't worried about a language barrier as you will have an interpretator that speaks fluent English and mine was even a vegan. this was a bonus for me as I was able to have a vegan meal at lunch time.
So far everything has gone great for me and I can't wait to see final results in 6 months time. If I need another procedure I will be returning back here

The process was easy. The Apartment was better than expected. The people were helpful, friendly and a good working atmosphere. My Doctor did an amazing job, 4 days later I have no redness, swelling or pain and I can see it’s going to be a quality result of a new hairline. Budapest is great to spend a few days. The price was extremely good also. I would recommend anybody to go to this clinic.

HairPalace clinic, in my opinion, is the best hair restoration clinic in Hungary. A very professional, dedicated, multi-linguistic personnel makes it going through the process enjoyable, simple and efficient. Also wanted to personally mentioned Mr. Varga (clinic coordinator). He is an implacably polite and client oriented professional.

If you’ve not had a hair transplant before or you have but have been unhappy with the treatment or have found the costs prohibitive or the treatment simply too daunting just like I did, then there is an answer.

After lots of thinking and loads of research, I finally decided to visit HairPalace in Budapest.

Not once but twice.

The service, staff and treatment were simply so impressive and of the highest standards that the only thing that stopped me going back any sooner was Covid and travel related restrictions and having to work the dates around work.

The premises are excellent, modern, very clean and with beautiful views of the river Danube.

The medical and clerical teams are very friendly, polite and highly professional and couldn’t do enough to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They really are a great credit to themselves and make you feel so relaxed and welcome.

They take their medical responsibilities very seriously which I found extremely reassuring after reading about some horror stories from other non U.K. clinics where wreck less numbers of grafts have been implanted in a single session leading to all sorts of complications and wholly unsatisfactory results. Here I found it is all about the results and not about the money. Only suitable numbers of grafts will be offered as I found out at my first visit, where I had nearly enough donor hair for two large transplants but it was simply refused out of hand on medical grounds as the risk of graft rejection would have been unacceptable to do all in one go.

You can expect the treatment to be carried out over a number hours and not minutes. Towards the very end my scalp was getting a little sore so they immediately stopped and put some more injections in ( you practically even notice them) and gave me some more pain relief. Issue over. Any tales of it being a painful traumatic experience, just put it out of your mind and forget that completely.

I have had time for my first transplant to grow out so I have personal history and experience with HairPalace to confirm the results were quite literally life changing. The hair density is so much thicker and it unquestionably has a seriously positive impact on your confidence, a huge effect! Be in no doubt about this if you are unsure whether to go ahead with treatment or not. However, you absolutely MUST do your part of the deal and follow the pre and post op instructions that you are given. They are clear and comprehensive and you will have no issues following them at all. Your guarantee may be void if don’t too, which is understandable as the post op care is as important as the treatment really.

The only thing that can match the quality of care and treatment is the actual cost of the treatment itself. The value for money is astonishing. I’ve looked into this and numerous U.K. clinics are charging money creeping up towards the £2000 mark for a starter 1000 hair transplant. I’ve paid just over that and I’ve had 5000 transplanted! It really is incredible value. You don’t even pay for transfers or accommodation either! The apartment is very nice and modern as well.

Such is their high medical standards of practice you will need to have blood tests to check for various potential health issues so that they know you are safe to have the treatment and help assure a successful outcome. They have their own partner clinic that they work with in Budapest and the tests cost £99, which in the grand scheme of things isn’t really an issue.

I want to go back again for a third time as I’ve been so impressed, even after the surgeon ( the lady who carried out both treatments is excellent by the way. Very friendly and extremely competent) did not appear especially keen on my idea as thought to be starting to stray outside my donor area but I’d be happy to sign a disclaimer and take the risk! Losing a little of the overall transplanted hair when I’m older isn’t really an issue to me if that was the case. However, you can expect your donor transplanted hair to last as long as you do!

Can you imagine that? After so long worrying and fretting about advancing hair loss to then have the reassurance of never losing that hair again.

Super Service, der Support ist easy über WhatsApp erreichbar und der Versand ging Recht schnell.👍👌 Was die Qualität der Haare anbelangt ist deutlich spürbar das die Haare noch einmal pfleglich mit Haarseide behandelt wurden, sehr wohldufend. Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder bei euch bestellen den nach einem 6 Monatigen dauertest der Haare kann man langsam über einen Wechsel nachdenken.
