Havenât received items yet which were ordered 2 weeks ago and for a birthday on 1st December - in contacted office in advance who promised items would be sent by courier to avoid issues with postal strikes. This didnât happen and the items were sent via Royal Mail which I only found out after having to call again to find out where they were. No communication (email / text) from Harlbro Iâve had to chase via telephone 3 times. Disappointed.
