I ordered and paid for 2 tins of fenceâŠ
I ordered and paid for 2 tins of fence paint from the Lisburn branch as they showed they were available on the website . I got a message to say the order was ready for collection. I attempted to collect the order 2 days later and was told only 1 tin was available. I was given a number of explanations ranging from the website showing available stock was wrong to the order gad been made some time ago and not collected. It was suggested I travel to another branch in Belfast who did have stock. I got the clear impression one of the paint tins had been sold to another person as the order hadnât been collected. I found a particular female staff member who was not serving me to be particularly annoying as she kept interrupting. The whole experience was unsatisfactory and a waste of my time . Of course no apology offered! Letâs hope the refund comes through and itâs not paid to another customer.

Was looking at website and saw thot I could pre-order, pay (cheaper than others in Coleraine) and collect at time that suited me. Once ordered a confirmation email followed and a further email informing that it was ready for collecting at my convenience. Following day on arrival at the Coleraine Depot. and speaking with a polite and funny lass my order was sorted and loaded in minutes even had time to enquire about roof slates but unfortunately they were a little expensive compared to other locations.
