Recently ordered a floral maxi from Haldon Mills and I am quite impressed with the quality its become one of my favorite pieces in the wardrobe.

This seller is dropshipping directly from China.
The models on the website are AI, and the dresses received are completely different to what is advertised on the site. The seller is selling dresses that they have never actually seen, and too ignorant to check their AI generated content for errors before uploading to their website for sale.

I noticed a discrepancy between the product images and description, in my case the back closure showed a zip, but the description stated lace up corset. I contacted the seller prior to purchase and was explicitly told that the back closure was definitely a zip and not a lace up corset.

When the dress arrived, not only was it poor quality, cheaply made and covered with stains, it had a lace up corset closure not a zip as I was explicitly told.

This seller is completely delusional. They deleted the photos showing the back of the garment from the website and then used an AI generated response quoting ACCC regulations to explain why I should have to pay my own return shipping to return a falsely advertised and faulty dress.

Just so you are all aware before you purchase, this is the address the seller will try to intimidate you into returning your items to (at your own cost):

There is also a "consulting firm" Orvantis Partners, which appears to have been shut down earlier this year.

The address listed on the websites for Cassia Milano and Sydney&Wren (207/8 Elgin Street, Carlton VIC 3053, Australia) is a residential address and likely not associated with the seller at all.

Avoid this seller.

This company is not in Melbourne Australia like listed on there website. So when you need to return item due to poor quality, incorrect size etc it could cost anywhere between $50-$100 due to posting to China.
