Excellent quality fruit very delicious love it I buy some every year.
I have ordered these grapefruit for the past 3 years and each year, they are exactly as described and so good.
Wonderful quality fruit and selection.
Makes the recipient very happy. Always assured that they provide much pleasure.
This was a gift so I am unable to comment, but the recipient was very pleased.
Ordered as gifts not sent to me, recipients write to say how great each shipment is. Done for several years now you can trust Hale to ship the best - sight unseen.
Terrific quality! Delicious!
The wrong package sent but company replacing item.
We absolutely love your grapefruit! And, you've proven to us you really do go that extra mile to insure 100% customer satisfaction. Just yesterday (12/6/2017), we received a whole replacement box of Ruby Red grapefruit, as an apology for just one rotten grapefruit in our original order. To us, that shows outstanding customer dedication & service. It is difficult to find good citrus in Oregon, so we look forward to receiving your products via mail. We very much appreciate your email updates showing expected delivery dates via Fed-x and/or USPS, so we know when the parcels are arriving. Our friends and family also love your yummy products, as we give them as gifts during the holiday season. You've made placing on-line orders easy! Thank You So Much! Susan Roseburg, Oregon
This year the fruit isn't as pretty as usually and not as tasty. However I hope as the next ones comes it will improve as time goes on this year of fruit.
THE FRUIT WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THEY WERE BEFORE. SOME OF THEM WERE BAD AND HAD TO BE THROWN OUT.
Have already done so! You definitely need to make this survey easier to do! Best wishes.
My brother loves these! I send every year as his gift.
