Normally each shipment is perfect. However, our last shipment of Ruby Red Grapefruit had 4 grapefruit that had significant mold.
My family and I have been ordering ruby red grapefruit for several years now and thoroughly enjoying them. Thank you for taking care of our order so well.
delicious and juicy non were spoiled
The fruit was good. The customer service was poor.
Grapefruit were small, not what I expected
delivered on time and great quality fruit
I was very disappointed--we've had a Christmas gift of grapefruit for years and it has been so good! I wanted to have some for a full house over Thanksgiving so ordered my own and was very disappointed. Poor quality and several rotten pieces.
I have been ordering from Hales for years. For the most part I have been happy with their products. However this year I have been disappointed. The Red Ruby Grapefruits are not sweet at all. Grapefruits are my favorite fruit. These are fine for juice but not so great for eating.

So far, several have been inedible.

Sweet and delicious. Always fresh!
