Outstanding service from Hallam and Sons! I purchased a pre-owned watch and was blown away by the speed of delivery - it arrived the very next day! William was super helpful and communicative throughout the process. The watch itself was exactly as described, in fantastic condition, and the quality was spot on. I recently sold a second vintage watch with Sam and was delighted with the service provided (again!) I had previously taken it to a main dealer who was very underwhelming with the price offered and their attitude. Sam on the other hand provided some very good advice, managed the work required to bring it back to perfect condition and achieved a very decent price for me, keeping me in the loop throughout. It is obvious that Sam is very knowledgeable about watches and really cares about customer service and satisfaction. He’s also a thoroughly nice chap which makes him a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hallam and Sons to anyone wanting to sell a valuable piece of jewellery.

I I was looking for a women's gold wedding ring on eBay and come across hallam and sons. I message and ask if they could drop the price just a little bit and they contact me back and said not a problem and they also have jewelry on their own website I looked on the website and see what I wanted and contacted them by your email then exchange phone numbers they was very very helpful and even drop the price even more fresh class delivery and such a nice person to do business with I would definitely definitely recommend and we'll definitely use them again thank you so much for your service I'm very happy with the ring you have sent me. Really lovely watch, exactly as described. They answered a question before purchase very promptly. Once purchased was kept informed of expected shipping & tracking number. Watch was very well packaged including a nice personalised note. Seller also followed up once watch was delivered to confirm all was ok. Would definitely recommend, very smooth & easy transaction.
