I have used this product now for about 3 months, setting the system up from scratch for my local village hall.

Easy to use, ease to administer and provided you have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve - this product is excellent!

Super tool for booking, invoicing and providing heating data to our Heating Save system.

As usual a friendly and helpful session. My problem was quickly understood and I was given and clear and easy-to-follow explanation of what I needed to do to resolve it - and how to prevent it happening again!

I’ve now been using Hallmaster for about three weeks, and with it being the end of the month, it was time for the big test, invoicing day.
Over those three weeks, I’ve transferred all bookings and customer information from the trusty old diary into the system. Previously, producing invoices each month involved manually calculating booking times, typing out addresses and details for every customer, and then emailing them all out. All in all, a solid 5 to 6 hours of quality time with a calculator and diminishing will to live.
This morning? All done and dusted in under five minutes.
Yes, five minutes. Not a typo. Not wishful thinking. Actual minutes.
If you think that’s an exaggeration, I strongly encourage you to try it yourself, you may need to sit down first.
I should also say the support from Hallmaster, including the free training session, has been far better than expected. Helpful, responsive, and refreshingly painless.

A great tool for booking and ensuring collection of hire fees. It has more than paid for itself in maintaining the income of our Hall. Adopting Hallmaster as our booking and invoicing platform has streamlined the management of our busy village hall a lot. The Hallmaster staff are very helpful, both with the set up process and with any queries that crop up. We save hours every month compared to our old way of working. Our bookings have also increased, as hirers like being able to have greater control over making and amending bookings.

First class system. Easy to adapt communications to users and keep track of bookings and payments. The live booking system has generated many more bookings than we would usually have had. Well worth the money.

Really happy with this overall. Been using it for a bit now and it just works the way you want it to—no hassle, no figuring things out for ages. It feels solid and reliable, and you can tell some thought has gone into how it’s made.

There were a couple of small things to get used to at first, but nothing major. Once you get going, it’s actually pretty straightforward. For the price and what you get, I’d definitely say it’s worth it.
