Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. Returns and refunds are desareterous. Once bought that's it. Returns are not the same as usual companies, long process. Stay away.

An absolute scam
An absolute scam. I bought some shoes for £35 that said they were leather all over the description. When i received them they were not even in a shoe box and were clearly not leather and of rubbish quality. I emailed to ask for a return and was told refunds cost £22 so I can either get 10% refund and keep the item or 50% off my next order. This was not acceptable to me as I expected a full return for an item that was not as described. Do not order from here. I also want to add that the 5* reviews here are clearly fake and from Chinese users (this is a Chinese company), please don’t be fooled!

Hi MP,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m sorry your order didn’t meet your expectations.
I’d like to clarify a few things. Our return and refund terms are set out in our return policy on our website. When you got in touch, our team explained the options available under that policy. I understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and I’m sorry for the frustration.
I also want to respond to your comment about our other reviews. Our reviews come from real customers. We take our reputation seriously, and we’d ask that fellow customers are not misled by that suggestion.
We always want customers to be happy with their purchase, so if you’d like to continue the conversation, please reach out to us at our mail with your order number. We’ll gladly take another look at your case.
Kind regards,
Team of Halloway Reed

Hi Yeshua,
Thanks a lot for your kind words and the rating! We’re really happy to hear the Suede Tassel Loafer is already your everyday pair. Reviews like yours are what keep us going, and it’s great to know you’re getting so much wear out of them. For long-lasting results, a suede brush and protector spray will keep them looking fresh. Thanks again for choosing us, and enjoy your new loafers!
Kind regards,

Please please don’t buy anything from this website. I bought a pair of loafers the quality was appalling. The day they arrived I asked return I had to send a video and photographs the delay tactics to get the return address were disgraceful it too a week to eventually receive the address which was in China and it was going to cost £27.40 to return £29.99 shoes DISGUSTING

Scam company - Terrible quality and refusing refund
*scam - update* This retailer wants me to spend 50% of the cost of the boots returning this item to China before they will refund me. The scam continues!!
I bought these from a Dutch company not a Chinese one and I will now be pursuing a claim in accordance with Dutch consumer protection.
The boots I ordered were of unacceptably poor quality. The upper is made of cardboard which had been folded in 2, giving a sharp crease which does not go away when you put your foot into it.
I have emailed their customer services 5 times now to get the information needed to return these and get a full refund. Each time I’ve been met with a reply which refuses to give me this information, instead urging me to keep the boots and obtain a small partial credit (10-30%). Having pushed back again over this weekend I’m now told I have to return the boots to China, despite buying from a Dutch business. They are clearly hoping that the return won’t be received and so they can duck giving me a refund for these disgusting poor quality items. If this is the case I will be suing them. Appalling company. Do not use.
