HALO Cars レビュー

I was struck by the care they took to ensure mr airport trips synced with flight schedules. I expect the driver will be as good as on aprebvious trip

Professional and sympathetic manner I received Omar is very efficient and kind too

The booking was easy to do and the customer service helpful and friendly.

Halo cars was easy to deal with. Great communication updates and confirmation of dates, driver etc. Our driver Khalid Ahmed was fantastic. He arrived early, helped with bags, was very courteous and was very accommodating and considerate. He had bottled water for each of us which was appreciated given the 4.5 hour drive ahead. He constantly checked to see if we needed to stop and if everything was ok. I highly recommend him as a driver, he represents Halo Cars well.

The Driver found me in the arrivals lounge and the drive to Nottingham was comfortable and safe. He is a good driver. If I need another car from an airport, I will use Halo.

Was picked up within minutes , very good communication with office and driver. Felt very safe whiles being driven home. Driver excellent

Delivery and collection

Well done Halo 😇

Halo cars always gives a fabulous service

The booking info was clear and I was able to contact my driver in advance. I'd recommend using Halo Cars.

The booking process for a trip from Much Wenlock to Birmingham Airport was very smooth. When I phoned later with a query it was answered promptly and clearly. Our driver turned up in good time and phoned to let us know he was there. Apparently he'd arrived half an hour earlier than that to be sure of not being late and he told us that he'd actually left an hour early, but had been held up for half an hour, thereby demonstrating the benefits of leaving plenty of time. Waqas Ahmed's driving was very good indeed and we felt perfectly relaxed - an unusual experience in a cab! The drop off was close to the entrance and he also pointed us in the right direction. The car was impeccably clean. Everything made for an excellent, relaxed start to our trip. Would most definitely use again.

Smooth and efficient booking service.

A first class experience from the initial booking to arriving at the airport.
I was very impressed with all the attention to detail and clear confirmation of what to expect.
Careful driver who dropped me off as close to the correct Check in desks as possible.
Will definitely use again and recommend!

The driver was on time and very clear in terms of where he was and where to meet. Really calm and professional. Made the trip incredibly smooth and frictionless. I could not recommend highly enough.

Waqas was an excellent driver and his car was impeccable.

We were met on time and were treated with great efficiency and friendliness. Could not improve on the service given

Very professional company. I had a very good experience with Ahmed my driver. I was running late as I was moving house and he was so patient and did not complain at all. Overall a great day travelling from London to Cannock. Would recommend this company for all
your transfers.
