My wife and I recently cruised from Newark, NJ and sailed to France and Norway. We arrived at our final destination at Southampton on May 21, 2023. I worked with and made arrangements in my planning process for our overall trip with Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs for many weeks prior to our vacation. Once we arrived at our final destitnation in Southampton, we had plans to spend 2 days/nights in Windsor.

All questions asked prior to arriving at Southampton regarding transportation availability, cost and service were all responded to promptly and thoroughly.

Our experience regarding the pickup and transport from Southampton City Cruise Port Terminal to Windsor was flawless, courteous and professional! Our driver was very professional in every way and we would not hesitate to contact and schedule Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs again for all future plans and tranportation needs when in the London area!

We were fortunate enough to be invited to attend the King’s Coronation Garden Party and looked to travel up in style to Buckingham Palace. Exceptional service from Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs. I was lucky enough to have a pick up organised for a work trip and given the faultless service then I have not looked back. From first to last I could not fault them. Ryan and Tracey are so personable. Quotes are delivered swiftly and any questions answered promptly. It really took all the pressure off especially after the flight back from Australia.

We used HEC for a return trip to Heathrow when going on holiday. Everything about using them was easy, from my initial enquiry which was dealt with promptly, to the booking, all communication was clear and concise. Ryan is a great guy, freindly and helpful, the cars we had were beautifully clean and a smooth drive, the service impeccable, efficient and courteous.

HEC are now our go to for chauffeur service, not only for pleasure but we will use them for business as well.

We requested a Mercedes Vito for a return to Gatwick, of which was very clean & comfortable to travel in. We had confidence in them right from when we booked on line and had contact details for the drivers before travel. We were let down by another company the previous year, on collecting us from the Airport, as they had decided to close their business, after having used them for so many years. We hope to become a loyal customer to Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs. I would recommend this company!!

From first point of contact to dropping me at my destination this company were superb. The Mercedes S Class was immaculate. Ryan was superb and a pleasure to have a chat with, the time flew by! I will definitely be in touch for any future trips.

OK this was an expensive ride for the distance but worth every penny. My daughters wedding transport plus guests. Brian our driver smartly turned out, clean and shiny Merc MPV roomy and comfy. With the stress of the day we needed a ride that was comfortable and on time with a bit of wriggle room for last minute hitches. Highly recommend HEC.

Both Ryan and Kevin have been excellent, on time, professional and great drivers. After being let down before for airport runs, I did email and call to check everything more than once and it was never a problem.

Ryan and his team were so professional, polite and helpful that it was a seamlessly smooth journey both ways, which allowed us to relax completely. The booking was easy and all communication was timely and clearly detailed. Thoroughly recommended as a first class service.

Wonderful service as always. Even managed to accommodate a last minute change of airport and flight times due to the EasyJet cancellation chaos, and it was no trouble when my return flight was delayed by 2 hours, they were still there waiting for me late at night when I finally arrived home. The only down side (and this is by no means the fault of the company) is the massive increase in prices during this cost of living crisis. However when you land home late and tired, it's worth every penny to have someone drive you home. Can't fault them, great company full of lovely, caring people.

This review relates to a day trip to Bath in the 7 seater. We experienced total professionalism throughout, with excellent communication, efficient handling of the initial enquiry and confirmation of the booking, and with precise timing and immaculate presentation on the day.
I cannot recommend Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs highly enough.

We used HEC for a concert at Knebworth with a 3 hours stop at a restaurant in St Albans. The service we received throughout the day was exceptional and I can't recommend the firm highly enough.
