Hampshireheatingservices レビュー

I had an excellent experience when using Hampshire Heating Services when my combo boiler needed a service . They were very quick to respond when first contact and arrived exactly when they said they would plus carried out the service at a fixed price with no hidden costs , I will definitely be using them again.

Very friendly prompt local company.

Initially had to call Dylan as an emergency at approx 7pm, as my hot water tank was constantly pouring water out.
After a slight delay, he sent Ollie out to investigate. The tank had a hole in the side, which had previously been repaired with gaffer tape. Ollie got to work temporarily fixing the hole so that I could still use the tank but explained that I would need a new one.
I was surprised by the charge for the call out, as it was reasonable. Plus the quote for the new tank and labour was lower than I had anticipated.
A month later, Ollie came back to replace the old one with a new one. He had to replace the board it was sat on and all the pipework within the small cupboard its housed in.
He was no trouble, even refusing drinks I offered him. I felt comfortable leaving him for a while and came back when he was finishing up.
I can’t recommend them enough as I would have been stuck with a leaking tank, if Dylan hadnt answered the phone on that first time.

Fast response from Dylan to repair our leaking boiler. We are extremely pleased with the service he provides.

Second time I've used hampshire heating and again they were great. Boiler taken apart cleaned and restored to new, also had some old appliances disconnected from the gas supply at the same time, brilliant service clean tidy and arrived on time
Would definitely recommend 👌

What an absolute gent this man is, you can tell from the first call that he wants to help. He came over and did everything he could and also recommended other solutions in the event things didn't work out. An honest, reliable man I can't recommend him enough.

Quick, friendly and reliable. Great service received will recommend and use again.

Have used before and will use again. This time Dylan saved the day when a leak started as I was disconnecting the washing machine to move house. He sent someone round the next day before we completed, sorted it in no time. Thanks!

We have used Dylan for a number of years now to do a variety of jobs from fixing boilers, fitting new gas hobs and performing gas safety certificates. He always replies promptly, arrives when he says he is going to and reliably estimates costs. Second time I’ve used Hampshire Heating Services and both times the service has been fab. First time was a boiler repair the second was installing a Nest Thermostat which also needed wiring in. Top job both times.
