Product ordered 7th December as Xmas present. Website clearly states delivery to UK 7-15 days. Arrived 5th January. Had to buy an alternative brand. Asked for refund to be told would have to pay for postage costs.
Incorrect ….Handly have broken the terms of the contract and under Consumer Rights Act 2013 have to provide a full refund and return postage costs. It is unlawful to ask for postage costs.
Rejected by Handly so raised a Section 75 claim with credit card company who will without doubt confirm this position.

Non existent customer service. I ordered on one day, had to cancel the next. I informed them and was told the item was already shipped. It came well after Christmas (it was originally a gift) and I now have to ship back to Sweden to get my money refunded. The postage is 35% of the item cost. Disgusting!

Misrepresentation of how many you will receive. All images indicate 2 items per order. It even says 2 pack on order. Only 1 item arrived per order. Only AFTER you have paid does it say x 1. I emailed several times to say this is misleading information and was told several times this has been fed back, but now, a month later, the website still shows 2 images. Nowhere on their website does it state 1 item per order. Also, makes out it's a UK company but the order came from China.

Lead you to believe you are buying 2 handles… picture is 2 handles and when buying use the term ‘1 pack’ this is all a lie and you only receive 1 handle

Not a UK company as such, stuff comes from china .STILL waiting. Last time I'm ordering from here. Need to check reviews more often.

Despite being advertised as a British company this appears to be a drop shipment from China by a Swedish seller. Not even dispatched after over two weeks.

Cancellation / refund refused

Terrible customer service! Apparently the parcel which was delivered but cannot be located is my fault! No apology or attempt to resolve! Avoid at all costs.

Orders early December. No idea when it may arrive. No one to contact. Very disappointed.

Scam company

Lead you to believe they are a uk company then ship you products from China that never arrive

Ordered, paid for and never delivered.
It’s coming from China even though they say it’s shipped from the UK.
They don’t reply to emails. Order not received. DO NOT ORDER!!

Beware...this is not a UK company. If you need to make a return for a refund you have to ship to SWEDEN at your own expense. From the tracking information it appears that my order is coming from China, so definitely not a UK company.
Due to a misunderstanding, I tried cancelling my order as soon as I placed it, but 2 days later they processed it and then said I would have to return it if I didn't want it.
Their customer service is awful.
